Working on straps at the moment and had a eureka idea about my shin closures and if it works I will be ecstatic. -

I see what you're talking about with the sniper plate - and a tough call - if it were me I'd redo but that's me - however check reference photos first to see if they match some screen shots then make your decision mate. -

Possibly try resetting your iPhone (by holding your home button and your on off button) - most glitches with Tapatalk like double posts happen in bad wifi/3G areas in my experience. Never seen that and something I will watch for now - thank you for sharing!

Dave my comrade - while I'm humbled and honored from the response from my thread (and thank-you for thinking such - too kind) it's all about supporting and helping one another in this stellar community to achieve our goal to troop and our own gratification that we did it. It's not about the size of the party but who's in it. A lot of times if you don't see posts on your thread it generally means your headed in the right direction or that people don't know how to help with your dilemma. When you don't get a response from a thread question then PM our vetted troopers out there regardless if you haven't spoken to them prior. For weeks I avoided asking questions as I don't like to impose on people's time out of respect and even more so when they part of the administration (as you know they are working hard at providing and maintaining a great environment to learn) but doing that didn't get me answers and gave me more frustration. After a good virtual punch in the shoulder (metaphorically speaking) from Dan and Tony I've learned to "Just do it" - ask any and all questions regardless of their stature here, meet anyone and everyone, and help carry the FISD torch so that the fresh recruits have a light to follow. Let's keep climbing brother -we can and will do it - (virtual punch in the shoulder with a big ol' brotherly hug)[emoji106][emoji6]

Brilliant mate! I'll be looking forward to seeing it.I pulled the plate off tonight unintentionally removing the outer cover strip (thank Vader I put an inner cover strip already) - got everything cleaned up while drinking some beer to prevent from doing something silly -
Great job!

Does anyone have measurements on where the rivet placement goes for the thigh ammo belt? -

New plan - if it doesn't hold I'm going to remove the cover strip behind the plate so it sits more flush to the shin - don't get mad, get even [emoji48] -

This sniper plate is going to be the end of me - E-6000 hasn't held, E-6000 with Fix-it Stik hasn't held, next is silicone and if that don't work I'm gonna screw the thing on and paste over the screw heads - 5 days I've been trying to anchor this thing. Sheesh, I'm putting it aside before I break out a HG in spite. -

If there are any recruits that need to know how to post pictures through Tapatalk I've made a "How to" thread. How to: Upload and Post Photos using Tapatalk http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?/topic/36254-How-to%3A-Upload-and-Post-Photos-using-Tapatalk Cheers mates, now back to work with me. -

Velcro is very strong and holds everything intact (in the picture I'm prying it open with a fair bit of force) I've made them so that they can be opened apart as trying to squeeze my gloved fingers in there would be a problem. These storage compartments are meant to just store keys and extra batteries as you won't be able to access them. Nor be able to see them with your bucket and armor on as I have learned. For the stuff I need to access I will have a neck wallet. -
Inside cover strips are optional- I put mine in for esthetic reasons
