  1. I applied the glue and allowed it time to get inside of the gap and then clamped it again
  2. If things go well I'm hoping the end of the month.
  3. The repair: Using one of my dental picks I removed the excess dried E-6000 from the area so it will sit flush when I re-glue it.
  4. Next 1 of 2 shoulder bridges that require some more E-6000 and clamping due to the obvious gap. Doesn't look to bad from the front..... ...but from the side.....FAIL
  5. So firstly with this update I would like to confess my mistakes from burning the candle at both ends as it were. All mistakes are repaired now but none the less here are my gremlins - nasty little green beasties they are

  8. The only comment I can make is that you should be wearing your under suit shirt when trying on your upper armor parts so you can see more accurately how things fit and look. Other than that mate I can't see anything with my evil eye.
  9. From what I can see everything looks good mate

  11. Give me a few minutes brother [emoji106]
  12. Pre-stamping your desired drill location with a nail will help with preventing your bit from going where it's not supposed to. Hope that helps when you get your kit and be careful using mason bits as there is more friction that can heat and warp your abs. Beautiful work kiddo![emoji106][emoji6]
  13. I've been thinking about your dilemma since the last PM and your idea was all I could think of with the addition of using silicone to the bottom of the cover strip seam your using to act as the raised edge to make it look seamless. Great idea mate! The only other suggestion I can make is to prep and buff the "raised edge cover strip" prior to securing it. 2500 grit (available at Jewelry supply stores will bring your sanded round edge to a nice shine then you can use a 3m headlight restoration kit to make that bad boy shine like it was molded. (Oh just don't polish by the silicone after its affixed) Cheers!
  14. Tis the calm before the Storm [emoji106][emoji6] Answers to above: i) It's not about being at the top of the list, it's about climbing to the top of the mountain. ii) The same reason girls call people hon, muffin, sweetie [emoji23] iii) All is going deadly awesome- tis the calm before the Storm Cheers lass for checking in - One lesson to pass along: FISD breaks are good to just catch your breath. Yesterday I just decided to go hardcore and just focus on the finish line and lurk lol
