This deal only gets worse and worse because you guys aren't patient enough to wait for your orders. I've never seen people get this riled up over a delay on a Stormtrooper costume. At least Anovos are keeping you updated and apologising for unforeseen delays. It could be a lot worse like I've said before. If you ask most people they will under value things sent to avoid the high taxes but with shops and licences for venders it's a different story. It's actually a federal offence not to declare the actual value of the item. An offence as they can't hit you for a handling fee and tax if you don't!

I'm glad yours was worth it. Mine was a pile of shucks. Lol it looked like it had been kicking around Matts garage for the 2 1/2 years I waited for it to arrive! Hahahaha........I ordered 2 helmets a set for stun and a Rotj the Rotj arrived with a split in it and the SFS was never sent and the armour was assembled with gallons of superglue. My 2 year old daughter (at the time) could have done better.

Shadow troopers came from the newspaper strips out before star was was even filmed back in the 70's as far as I am aware. They just weren't in the films as of yet.

Any licences product will be sanitised to a certain extent. If the original helmet was scanned I'm sure it would have been cleaned up. You are never going to get a licenced company to give you drips and chips like the set for stun scan. It ain't gonna happen. The asymmetry will still be there but it will be clean.

I just rivet them on with a single rivet in each clip. As far as I know this is accurate.

I have had smaller women successfully fit my armour. Personally if you are concerned about materal then ABS is the best as it's more flexible than HIPS. YOU WILL NEED: Stanley blade or Exacto knife Ratchet clamps Sanding block Lex an scissors Magnets to clamp parts the clamps won't reach. Glue of your choice. I use liquid solvent as I find it's quick and clean and very strong. Elastic for strapping Velcro Seeing machine Paints Brushes Rivet gun and rivets Poppers and setting tool It's a good idea if you have anyone local to get together with to help from your local garrison etc. as it's a little daunting starting out.
