I'd wait for more magnets

I got my foam from Joanne's fabric. Some 1/2" & 1". Some spots needed a thin strip. Some needed a little thicker. I use double sided tape to make changing out easier. Good Luck Future Trooper

Great to see another HWT coming along! I'll agree the top button box shape is a bit off. I see you are weathering it up and that's great. I would point out that with heavy use the edges would have more wear than the inner edge. Noting the wear on radio. Chipped in top corner and none around outside edge which would hit everything. (You'll find that out later.) Over all well done Future Heavy Trooper!

I attached mine to my pauldron with rivets. I tried on the strap but it greatly limited movement. With it on pauldron my arm is free to move.
