  1. I say ab looks low because from side shots the top should line up and ab is down on both sides. Plus one picture the chest looks barely over it. Your thighs do look a little long. We dont have the greatest movement but you should be able to walk up and down a set of stairs safely.
  2. I don't think it matters much. As long as it looks right.
  3. Just remove the white then. Easy fix.
  4. A little late, but Congratulations! Have fun out there!
  5. And you go right ahead. Sometimes things happen. It's a bummer in this hobby when a hiccup happens. One things for sure. You have to have a lot of patience being a Star Wars fan. We're always waiting for either a piece of something or a movie!
  6. Nice overall look! Only thing I could see is from some pictures it looks like snaps on butt and right ab are white? Maybe lighting or my eyes. Fitment you look ok. I'd only recommend pulling bells in to straps and lower forearms a bit. Even space between elbow and handguards. And belt to be spot on could come up 1/2" right up against bottom button. Just cosmetic stuff. Good Luck Trooper!
  7. Wow! I've ordered with them 3 times now and never had a problem. Order in wave and received in about 6 weeks time.
  8. You did a stellar job on this armor! Well done!
  9. Welcome to the FISD Sarah! I'm a fellow New Englander and glad to see you here. I believe I saw your Welcome post on the NEG forum. While I don't have a TLJ TK many here do as well at NEG. Everyone is real helpful and you'll be Trooping before you know it. Feel free to wrangle some events when a TFA TK is going to be there and you could get a glimpse on what goes on and get a feel of how they put theirs together. Always a good time. Looking foward to Trooping with you! Good Luck Future Trooper!
  10. Love the effort so far. One thing, just be careful with that marker and the bare armor itself. I've never used one(pencil instead) and would worry about bleeding into the white plastic. Could be nothing to worry about. Just haven't seen many use a marker. Keep up the good work! Slow and steady wins the race as they say. Good Luck Future Trooper!
  11. Looking foward to it! Gotta love Indy films.
  12. Looks good for a start. A few things I noticed, Your drop boxes slid in a little. They should line up with outer edge of plastic belt. Move over and add drop of e6000 to elastic in back to hold in place. Your ab looks like its drooping down. Lifting up an inch or so will put it where it belongs. Shoulder bells could come in closer. They should be tight against shoulder strap. While we talk about straps. You need 1/4" elastic around them holding them down to back plate. They are floating a bit. A few tweeks and you'll be top notch. You should have basic approval no problem! Good Luck Jeff! You're almost there!
  13. In a nutshell, your finger. You can rub the edge to start it and carefully peel it away. If it oozes let it go. Smears can be a pain. Good advice with wider strip. Hope it works for you. Keep at it Trooper!
  14. Your Torso fits you well in that mock up! You should have a great looking suit when you're done!
  15. Thank You Very Much Guys! It was a fun build and is a lot of fun to troop in. Proud to be the first I believe? Who's next? Thanks again FISD!

  24. Coverstrips are usually 15mm on arms is probably why Joseph is asking.
