  2. for the internals of the magazine well there are several parts. the magazine well the case ejector magazine release button and threaded shaft magazine release spring magazine release catch. (this part is the small plate visible on the bottom of the magazine.) APEX GUN PARTS shows photos of each part. this is the magazine release assembly which locks the clip into place here is the ejector. this part has the magazine relase button traveling through it. I have a magazine here that I can take apart and show all the relevant parts photos of that soon!

  6. good job! a few suggestions. tone down the brass on the scope if you want? grips are black plastic as has been said above no silver should show T Tracks are also made from black plastic and should be smooth and not weathered at all take a look at the film and see if you like the look of them on screen compared to your build! again nice work!
  7. http://imperialboots.com has anyone seen boots from this vendor? -----------
  8. on forearms it's best to do one side at a time. the tape suggestion is what I use, and I use white duck tape, novus polish takes off the glue nicely
  9. I can suggest mine which are made thicker than the trooperbay version. and mine are 30 plus shipping?
  10. great looking boots!

  12. it is always good to have a thumb sized gap on arm parts!
  13. i'm a 19mm type of guy!
  14. I would glue the inner drop box flush after you mount your strapping. simply measure a loop of elastic that will allow the elastic to loop around the belt canvas, leaving extra room for it to hang below the plastic armor belt. the distance from the top of the box to the elastic is about 1/2" you can put foam inside the box to keep the inner one flush, or some plastic scrap or even small blocks of wood. -----------

  20. there are jodphurs that are real leather that look 200% better than the ones listed above. sure, in this hobby it's fine to shoot for basic acceptance, but when you finally get the bug for accuracy you'll have wasted the "saved money" by having to purchase another pair. as we have said before, going the best route from the beginning actually saves you time, money and heartaches in the end. a real pair of jodphur boots is designed for horseback riding, so they are far more comfortable than you might think. Angelus leather paint works like a charm. some acrylic leather sealer also works very well to shine and seal the boots after painting.
  21. yep
  22. Jodhpur/ Chelsea-type boots or an equivalent style is acceptable. Elvis or Mariachi boots are not allowed. personally I'd pass on those boots. much better to get a proper pair of jodphurs anyway?
