  2. Hey Brian we'll be with you shortly.
  3. Same grey shown here. Though technically if the tube is already grey in color it doesn't have to be painted.
  4. Judging by what I've seen so far you're doing just fine
  5. Thank you for your EI application Hideo, lets get started. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Sly and myself would like tot welcome you trooper! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. We have a little to mention here, minor but worth mentioning is your waist belt is riding a little low. Not bad at all really but could stand to come up 1/2". Reference photo Centurion Suggestions: Because you have supplied a full Centurion level set of photos it has made this an easy process for suggestions and modifications. According to the CRL your drop boxes are to be aligned with the edge of the waist belt ammo box. Repositioning and gluing the connecting strap should hold them in the place they need to be. Reference photo Excellent work on your build Hope to see you at Centurion
  6. Great job Kenny. I suggest you trim flat or level all the uneven areas or where the cover strip extends past the armor's edge. Let me know if you need me to elaborate.
  7. Yep, that's gotta go. Good catch Caleb
  8. As long as there's no seam in the front these would even work for Centurion and as Joseph mentioned painting the elastic white would be required. Be interested to see how they hold up.
  9. Hey Nate, go ahead and remove the paint and post a new photo. Glad to be of assistance regarding the build thread. Troopers Helping Troopers
  10. Hey Nate it could just be a visual thing but it looks like there's paint on the cod rivet. If there is please remove it, if not please confirm. Thanks brother
  11. Hey Nate Sly or myself will be with your shortly
  12. No problem Shawn, kind of like being a mechanic (coming from first hand experience), everyone else's car is in tip top shape, just not his own lol
  13. Hey Gareth welcome. Thank you for your patience and EI application. Lets get started. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Welcome trooper! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. Beautiful work on your build by the way. We have a few areas to mention here to help you look your best. Starting at the top and working our way down, the left ear on your helmet is off compared to the right side. Most people would even notice this. It won't effect any application but it is worth noting. It will take a little effort to move it but ultimately it's up to you whether you want to do it. Movie helmet reference photo Right ear Another area we mention quite often is the distance between the shoulder bells to shoulder covers and chest plate. We generally like to see this gap a little smaller. Tightening or shortening the upper connecting strap should do the trick. Reference photo Your blaster should have a loading lever. This appears to be a Hasbro blaster also which is perfectly acceptable for EIB. We ask if you choose to keep the blaster for EIB you add a lever to it. In the next segment "Centurion Suggestions" it will be noted the blaster is not excepted at Centurion and will need to be replaced. Reference photo Finally, it appears your cover strips are coming loose on your forearms. You might want to add some E6000 and clamps to the area before they come loose on you or get snagged on something. Centurion Suggestions: Because you have supplied a full Centurion level set of photos it has made this an easy process for suggestions and modifications. According to the CRL your drop boxes are to be aligned with the edge of the waist belt ammo box. Simply gluing the connecting strap in the areas indicated below should hold them in place. Reference. Even with Han hunched here over his drop boxes are still aligned. Lastly, as mentioned before the blaster unfortunately is not excepted at Centurion and will need to be replaced. The CRL states... For level three certification (if applicable): Hasbro blasters are not allowed, even conversions. That's it. Again, excellent work on your armor. Hope to see you at Centurion
  14. Alright Shawn let's do this! Thank you for your Centurion and thank you for making the suggested adjustments mentioned on your EIB application. CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required submission photos are present. Your armor displays all the requirements needed for Heavy Weapons Centurion. Sly and myself would like to congratulate and welcome you to the Centurion level. Awesome job It is my honor and pleasure to add another HWT to the elite ranks. "The few, the Proud" Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: Excluding the armor the only concern we have would be to repair the lower cone on your backpack. You've obviously been through some battles and things like this are to be expected however, I think a little TLC is in order lol See you on the front lines Shawn
  15. Thanks for the updated photos. EDIT: We need you to add the photos to the app so others can see as well. Thanks
  16. Hey Clayton if you're referring to cutting for mobility we suggest not cutting too much further than the removal of return edge.
  17. Hi Gareth, Sly or myself will be with your shortly. In the mean time could you post a photo of your helmet "S" please thank you
  18. Or you can spend 1k on a pro job and forget about it forever lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  19. That's what I was assuming
