  1. Perfectly exceptable as Eric stated
  2. Thanks for your patience Jon. Andrew or myself will be with your shortly
  3. Hi Connor, Andrew or myself will be with your shortly. While you wait can we get a photo of your blaster "D" ring please. Thank you
  4. Perfect!
  5. I stand corrected.
  6. Unless I missed something Two pouches total for basic, either both on the belt or one on the shoulder and one on the belt. Orange pauldron at basic. Now that the CRL has been updated this will be the standard however, if your already going through approvals than you need not worry. That said, if you decide to shoot for the higher level of accuracy L2 & L3 than yes you'll need to update everything according to the CRL. While on the subject of approvals, if you choose to apply for L2 and/or L3 you'll need to replace your boots. Front seams are not allowed. You look great
  7. Nice work Jim. There may have been a misunderstanding when trimming the forearm cover strip, it's not a deal breaker but when you tapered it you should have done so that it it travels from the top of one section to the top of the other. Another note, not sure if your cloth belt is too wide or the ammo belt is not wide enough but the ammo belt 45 degree taper is supposed mate with the outer edge of the cloth belt. Keep up the good work
  8. Welcome to your Centurion review Francisco!! Thank you for your application, lets have a look. CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted. Thank you for making the suggested modifications and adjustment as mentioned in your EI application. Your armour contains all necessary elements to qualify you for Centurion. Sly and I would like to welcome you to the rank, congratulations! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: Nothing to add here. Great job on your armor trooper, you look magic
  9. Set time varies. Check it on the inside with a toothpick
  10. None of the forearm return edge is required, remove as needed. Cover strips can stop flat at the end of the armor or you can taper it as seen here.... As for the rivets, start the lower rivet measuring up from the ab crease as seen here...
  11. Looking good Kevin. May I suggest heating and bending the bicep retaining clips so the shorter clip face is parallel with the armor. If not you may find it digging into the side of your chest during troops. You don't have to do this now. Test drive the armor first then if it bothers you make the adjustment.
  12. Once you install the centering rivet or screw, than the ears, it should squish down. The ear once installed will also cover the seam and any imperfections. The top section nearest the brow seal will bulge out at bit, this is normal.
  13. This thread alone has burned holes in my pockets. So much SWAG so little $
  14. Hey Ahmad, thank you for your EI application. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All the required submission photos have been posted. Your armor displays all the necessary elements to qualify for Expert Infantry. Welcome trooper, congratulations! . Beautiful work on your build, nice attention to detail. it's apparent you did your homework. Great job Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we review observations made by your fellow troopers and ourselves. Some observations may lead to suggestions to improve the overall look of your armor. If any suggestion affects any application, it will be listed separately in the above or below sections. The only area we see worth mentioning are the Hovi tip screens. The mesh is a bit heavy and should be a finer but not as fine as the original Anovos screen. Reference photo Secondly, you might want to consider trimming your shins to increase the gap between them and your thighs. Giving yourself some room for mobility. Centurion Suggestions: In this section we prepare you for Centurion. If there were any areas of concern they would be discussed here. We do one area that will need to be address before applying for Centurion if you choose to do so. Our only suggestion would be to watch your kidney to ab gap. This is a tough area most people struggle with though yours isn't too bad. Excellent job, hope to see you at Centurion.
