1. Do a search for bubble lenses as well.... Cutting a strip wide enough for the eyes, try and find something stiff that'll match the curvature of inside the bucket, tape the two together. Warm up your oven, I think the temp was 250 F, put the taped lens material in there, let sit for three to five minutes, keep checking every three, as you don't want the lenses to melt. Also put the assembly on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil in case. As you may guess, the lenses must be taped to something that can withstand heat of 250 F so cardboard is a no go. I can't find the hero lens thread... Maybe it's too old. The guy made his own bubble lenses in the oven, I was trying to find what temp... Maybe try 150 F first, it may take longer to do the curve your looking for, but at least it won't melt the plastic to bits. If it's thick plastic, you may need higher temp...
2. Just a thought, but the lenses may be easier to bend if they were one piece... Not sure if the visor you purchased is long enough, and don't know if you still have enough left over for this...
3. There's supposed to be a small gap between kidney and back... No worries, it's standard

Watch the Stormtroopers running through Tantive IV you'll see....
4. All is looking well, biceps are sitting up a little too high when you test fit, but when they're brought down, it shouldn't be a problem. The bottom of bicep sits just above the elbow.
5. Everything is falling into place so far for you... Got some ideas to be working with there.
6. Looking good with the picture updates! Keep up the good work!
7. Go there, try on and look in mirror, see if you can see, and see your eyes behind them... Keep in mind there won't be any background lighting, as your head is inside a bucket. You need to be able to see though... Well, see as best we can with the bucket on that is.
8. I was thinking same thing... At certain angle I thought it was flaps or something... Awesome job, and congrats again!
9. All I could see were the green ones... Try Trooperbay.com as well
10. All is looking well, glad you're finally on the strapping!

14. No worries, some people like to pretend they know, when they actually don't... It's best to understand your limits, or expand on test equipment first.
15. Little bit left to do, but looking awesome! Very close, just wait for bucket it seems.. Ab buttons too, very little left...
16. Lol umm... If you require that virtual punch in the arm, you'll get it. Now get back to work recruit, we don't have all day lol
17. Stay on target. One can only hope, and if you go at it like the other things, I'm sure it will be done... Not sure about the TK as you've not got BBB yet...
18. June 3-5 Niagara Falls ComicCon... Just a heads up. Nothing is posted yet, but we should be there. Will keep you notified of other events if you want me to do so.
19. You've got my following, just quiet at times. All is looking well, and doing a great job!
20. Anything kept behind chest plate won't be accessible unless you remove glove and forearm from the arm you're using to try to access that gap...
21. I've used Velcro, if you don't wish to drill holes in the ab for snaps... The only thing weighing the belt down is the blaster when holstered. Just another option for you.
