1. A little hard to tell from the photo, but if you can feel any rolled edge I would remove it. Also keep in mind that the right fore arm is much bigger than the left when it come to fitting.
2. I got my ABS shim material from Terrell at ataworks@yahoo.com as for the paste I mixed tiny pieces of ABS trimmings with Acetone. When it resembles "toothpaste" use a Popsicle stick to fill the seam. Let dry 24 hours and sand away. I went from 60grit to 180 to 320 to 1000. Follow up with Novus 1 2 and 3 and you are done. 3. Remove all of the return edge!! It will be just the 2mm of ABS yes. Wrist side only.
4. Thank you so much for the endorsement!! It is such an honor to join the ranks!
5. How does the right bicep fit? I only ask because that left ATA is a bit wonky fitting. I ordered a second right bicep from Terrell and scrapped the original left. It's a much better fit and no one can tell. Just my 2c.
6. Completed my tasks, First off the left ear screw. It was alway the correct size, it however sunk into the ABS with a little heat transfer caused when I cut down the threads on the inside of the helmet. Corrected and lesson learned! Finally the cod rivet. I replaced the "double cap" with a "split" rivet. Thanks Guys Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
7. I will do my best. The last time I tried to edit my original post it removed all my photos and replaced them with numbers and letters. Here goes nothing. It worked, it however copied the text from my EIB onto my Centurion Application. The only changes are my weight and the holster.
8. Way to go St3ve!!! A major accomplishment for a top shelf mate. I'll meet you on the other side pal.
9. I received some great advice and got to work on removing my cover strip overlap on my return edges. Thighs: Top of right shin: Tops of both forearms: If I can provide any further pictures please let me know. Thanks Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
10. Be sure to let us know when your big brown box arrives, and a weekend that works for you, and I will throw another build party.
11. Thank you gentlemen for the feedback. I rely on my peers to help me achieve Imperial conformity, and I have addressed both of your concerns. Firstly, I re mounted my belt with proper alignment. Secondly, I removed the excess cover strip on my left thigh. Now the cover strip ends at the ridge as it should. Also attached is a photo of my neck seal. Thanks guys for the feedback. 12. I tried to add my EIB thread afterwards and it replaced all my photos with numbers and letters. I nearly lost it. Whew! Thanks for the consideration.

EIB 457

14. I had the opportunity to visit a local television studio to promote an event and they put me to work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
15. The Outer Rim Garrison was invited to EA in Burnaby BC to help launch the game a few weeks back. It was quite the turnout for a 9am troop mid week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

18. They come with a belt hanger too! Has a small Imperial cog on it
19. I believe you can have a wider raised edge (flat part of the seam) but keep your cover strip to the 25mm or 1" in the back.
20. STOP!!! Acetone will melt your abs. You are very brave for attempting this but I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
