1. This is in the works. It has just been on a back burner due to Darth Life. It will be back, and we are targeting sooner, rather than later. Thank you to everyone for your patience with this process.
2. You're obviously all very busy writing your short stories! Can't wait to see what this creative crowd comes up with!
3. In addition to what has been mentioned already, you'll need to put the elastic across the bottom of the shoulder bells. That's not necessarily the comprehensive list, but that did jump out at me. Good luck!
4. To this very day, when I'm at a troop, I catch myself in my TK, gawking at all of the awesome costumes around me on a very regular basis. Then it's "oh... Yeah, me too!" Here's to hoping that your inner child is always excited by it! Great shares!!
5. Hey there Bob, There is going to be some variance in measurements from actual Sterlings, due to different versions, models, materials, etc. However, if you have a look at the E-11 Reference that is linked in my signature below, you will find a good collection of data on the Original Sterlings. Good luck!
6. Paul said what I was going to say. But... Yeah, WOW on that weathering. Although, the thigh ammo pack could use a little more work. LoL That thing is going to be a piece of art, Mark. Spot-on, beautiful job so far. Can't wait to see the final product!
7. Yes! The fun-sized build is about to begin! Great start Christine. No pressure or anything, but I believe you'll have quite the crowd following along here. Truly always impressed with those details (everything labeled and the pre-marked ears, swag) that RS includes in their kits. Have fun!!! You're going to be a Stormtrooper!!
8. I'm really of the opinion that converting a current ANH/OT kit to meet the eventual R1 TK standard is really just a bridge too far for most builders. Outside of the potential for adding on the detail pieces, the shapes of most parts are very different, especially the ab/kidney seam and the assembly of the parts on the back. The R1 TK is a significant leap in design in many ways, when compared to the OT TKs. Just my $0.02, for what it's worth.
9. I was thinking along the same lines as Germain, although I was thinking that you could fill the area around the screws with DEVCON, or CA glue, or even E6000 (though the cure time would likely be insane), but then you'd have no way to remove those screws if you needed to. Anybody with actual smarts care to chime in on this notion?
10. So... I have received my F-11D from Heston. I'd share pictures, but he already has. That's mine, just above this post.

Heston is definitely a top-notch guy to work with, and he takes his products, his reputation, and his customer's satisfaction very, very seriously. I'm truly proud to have this blaster, and since it appears as though ANOVOS may finally get me a helmet in good shape on Wednesday, I may have proper inspiration to finish my FO TK now and get it wearable.

Thanks, Heston! Looking forward to the many happy customers I know you'll have here in the future, and based on the responses to my sharing the blaster on Facebook on Friday, you'll probably be seeing a little spike in interest/orders soon. Good luck, brother!
11. Definitely will be keeping an eye on this. I've got an F-11D, but this is too intriguing to ignore. LoL
12. Difficult to see, the future is. Always in motion. However, the magic 8-ball says that all signs point to yes.
13. Hey there Doug, first off, nice work on the refit. It definitely looks better. As the others have said, RT-Mod is probably the best bet. If you look at photos from the posts I have linked in my signature, you'll see my RT kit. For reference, I am 6'2" and anywhere from 215-230 in the various pictures. One other tidbit that will help, when attaching your shoulder bridges to the chest, assure that you have the large rectangle and three to five of the smaller ones attached to the chest plate. That will give you a better look, and a better fit over the shoulders.
14. I waited nine months for my kit to arrive, after initial contact with the seller. I was very pleased with that, as I was originally told it would likely be twelve months.
15. Totally awesome Jesse! Congratulations, and welcome aboard!
16. It is a modified Doopy. You can see all of the mods via the link in my signature.
17. No kit is automatically approved out of the box. The fit when the build is completed will make a big difference for each person. ANOVOS kits, with some extra work, have been awarded Centurion level here at FISD. That is the highest level of accuracy as defined within the Legion's CRL (Costume Reference Library). You definitely won't go wrong with RS if you are seeking screen accuracy.
18. Interesting enough question that I broke out the food scale to find out. . Mine checks in at: 3lbs, 8 3/8 oz, or 1,597kg.
19. Okay. May or may not be fixed. I'll need you to verify one way or the other.
20. Wow... I'm wondering if it is a permissions mask, Wyatt. I'll take a look at what you're getting and see if I can make sense of it. I'm not an admin guru, but there is hope, at the very least.
21. Great work everyone. As always, you do us all proud with your efforts!
22. Personally, I think that's an acceptable example of what will eventually be level one. To me, it looks a bit too large overall, a bit too much like wool, and not quite enough bunching on the shoulder, to be "screen accurate" in appearance.
23. Just beautiful... Looking forward to seeing these come to life!
24. Ben, that is pretty much the exact same route that I took. Both of my build threads are in my signature below, for reference. Good luck!
