  1. CAP rivets with a 7mm head should be used. But Split rivets are accepted too.
  2. Looks... real ! I'm just not convinced by the inner bolt grey, but all the rest is really gorgeous! On which picture have you based this grey? And have you ordered better Power Cylinders than the Doopy ones or you just don't want to put some on your blaster? And didn't you ordered a new mag from Gazmosis?
  3. She's really beautiful, congrats on the excellent work! Will you dab some white paint on the brackets heads though?
  4. I can't believe what i'm seeing! This is... breathtaking For the videos put these tags around your video link and it should work (just replace the * with a "h"): [flash=420,315]Link to your video[/flas*]
  5. Oups, i forgot you also had an original rear Sterling section! This project is getting better an better
  6. Great first complete fitting! Your arms strapping is winner! And except from this right shoulder bell there's not that much to improve . The belt could sit higher on the abdominal plate. Its top should be right under the lower ab buttons, or slightly covering them.
  7. Man you got so many ongoing project!! But they're all very interesting to follow I saw you had to cut your pipe toward the back before the rounded hole of the cocking channel to be able to slide the inner bolt inside, but wasn't it possible to dismount the cocking lever from the inner bolt instead?
  8. They're not "in bed" with him, they just respect someone who is transparent in his creation process.
  9. Yes. You might just need to add a D-ring as any Hyperfirm if it's not provided with the blaster.
  10. Unrelated with the thighs but i would also flatten your drop boxes as they look very thick right now: And also set the upper right male snap on the abdominal plate and the six left side rivets.
  11. Good thing to post those pictures these days Have you finished the "swoop" yet?
  12. I tried very hard... but found nothing to complain about Perhaps just some umber/black washes on the silver aeras to give them some weathering and be more consistent with the main gun which is (wonderfully) weathered.
  13. That finish is astonishing!! The colour and weathering patterns look so real, this is amazing. It's nice to see a that much detailed paint-job, and i wish i found a thread like that before painting mine
  14. Yes, your end caps are just too close from the end boxes. Look at the picture i linked above (you can click it for a better resolution) you will see that the ends caps aren't right next to the end boxes but there's a gap between them.
  15. Don't get too bothered, nothing dramatic here!
  16. Paint seems great! But looking at the scope rail hole, isn't it a bit weird? It should be a full circle like most of the others
  17. As i understand yours are 1 inch wide, which makes 25,4mm. Originals were closer to 20mm and as you have thin thighs i guess you could narrow them a bit if ever you find the motivation : But 25mm wide is perfectly approvable!!
  18. What you can also do about the side rivets it's to set them but non-functionally (only for the outisde aspect), and then glue your snaps next to them. You will only need longer straps for the same result: About the cover caps, there's no precise measurements. Just eyeball them:
  19. What width are these front cover strips? They seem quite large to me. Usually they should be around 20mm.
  20. Wonderful job on modding the left biceps shape! I'm glad someone finally did something about it
  21. In case you're not using them because want to be able to dismount your armor completly, you could use this method to have split rivets showing on the outisde but keeping the possibility to disassemble the ab from the kydney plate.
  22. Having real parts to base your paintwork on really made wonders! It's giving me the strong will to re-paint mine. Congratulations for having gone through this whole and very challenging build!! I would just remove the counter wires. In the end, no screen used blasters had them... Will we ever know for whom this amazing blaster is?!?
  23. Thank Steve. And have you noticed any bleaching on your printed counter figures possibly due to e6000?
  24. Yes that's better . And thanks for the heads up Paul, these are interesting measurements.
