  1. Best ROTJ I've seen ever! Truly fantastic armor. That last picture is amazing in the way it really looks the part. And i love that extra touch you added with the vintage helmet liner. These kinds of extras make all the difference to me.
  2. Thank you so much Brad! It's looking way much better now
  3. Well, the main thing that hits me when i look at your armor is, you've done a spectacular job building it but it is sploit by your poor arm strapping. I very much insist on that point, even more when it concerns a Centurion application, but there should not be ANY kind of gap between the top of your forearms and the bottom of your biceps. I see you have no straps between your forearms and biceps which is the solution to solve that problem. Basically, you just glue a strap between the biceps and forearm making sure they're touching each other, and then you position the elbow joint at the same level than your own elbow, and this gives you the level where your biceps should be standing before strapping them with the shoulder bells (not necessary). If you're concerned about your arm flexibility being reduced with that proper strapping, don't worry, this strap comes into play only when you arms are at rest. As soon as you flex the arms, they leave your forearm sliding forward if needed.
  4. I understand that. ANOVOS hears from a license violation, reports to Disney, and Disney juridic department comes into play to protect its money. I'm just taking the "ANOVOS = Disney" shortcut because it's faster (that's the point of a shortcut heh! ).
  5. I don't think they're that kind of people.
  6. Yeah, I know about the OT stuff, but the thing is the EU garrisons are certainly not all relying on ANOVOS for the new trilogy costumes. So I hope they won't witch hunt everyone who is making these new costumes because they bought the license, and want to touch every penny of it.
  7. Where's the "don't like" button? Honestly, right now, my main fear is that once ANOVOS got their OT stormtrooper done, they start messing with our current vetted sellers the same way they shutted down the TFA armor run on the Legion board.
  8. If you look at the picture I posted on the first page, you will notice the scale between the Sidearm sight and this heavy blaster sight appears not to be the same. Remember this is not not actual found parts, but digital scans of found parts, meaning they can very much scale them up and down depending on their need.
  9. You did right. Basically, wider cover stripes are allowed when you need to cover a gap between two halves of a part. However, if you don't like how it looks, i'd say that changing all your cover stripes for 20mm wide stripes would not hurt anyone.
  10. Looking extremely good! I'm glad to hear you've finally made the jump and submitted your application to your local garrison. Best of luck .
  11. Nice progress so far. Good job!
  12. I would suggest you to properly link
  13. Absolutely. If you search the forum you will find people who have done this mod before. And instead of filler, you can even use heat to soften the ABS and push the unwanted teeth from the inside to remove them. One of the many example: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26792-hero-frown-and-bicep-question-ap/
  14. Congratulations, and welcome in the 501st!
  15. Don't start me on that! This is so stupid... Why not making your own opinion about it, rather than waiting to hear from others ? Original ANH:
  16. Stop worrying about the Stunt Helmet/Hero belt configuration. This is perfectly screen-accurate after all:
  17. Well, the thing that surprises me is the fact the soulder bridges shouldn't have any stress to endure. They should be glued on the chest plate, and then just left free-floating at the back. The fabric shoulder bridge is more than enough to secure the shoulder connection between the chest and back plates.
  18. Dune... Such a long time since I've read it! Now I understand why you're going sandy .
  19. I don't know it that would solve your issue, but it will make it more accurate for sure. You will need to relocate the two male snaps and probably lengthen the crotch strap though.
  20. Looking at your pictures again, I think tightening only the middle bracket might be enough. Also, It's hard to see but I think the crotch part of your butt plate isn't trimmed properly. On the NE kit this area has been extended over its supposed length to adapt with larger bodytypes. And I think you have kept this extensio which in your case isn't necessary.
  21. Man, those thighs! You nailed the inner curve so well! And the notch is top... notch (i feel bad making that pun ). About the butt and the fact it doesn't align straight with the kidney, I don't think it's a problem of it conflicting with anything, but just the fact you have a back bottom to cover. However one thing to note is that NE is recast from RS and by default the RS butt plate flares a lot at the ends comparing to the kidney curvature. Maybe some careful heat bending at the ends of the butt plate will help reduce that issue. That and perhaps tightening the straps between the kidney and butt. But honestly, it doesn't shock me at all.
  22. You can thank Billhag and the UKG for that picture. They're a goldmine.
  23. You've got some real nice ref pictures Clint! I fear I might be a little late but this one's for you: Incredibly useful to size that thing!
  24. I'm surprised no one has mentionned that before but you ight want to take a look at this about the notch on top of your R/H thigh: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28560-red-2s-ne-anh-tk-build/?p=436141
  25. Alright, so The Shed of Glittering Delight is BFA? This I have already heard of and is indeed a TE derived armor as good as an ATA.
