  1. I have seen them called both on different merch and in two online descriptions, for all we know the could be Executioners who work for the Judicial Department
  2. As always it will be a wait and see until more reference material is available
  3. Fitting all the switches, amp jack, batter pack and electronics was not fun, took longer than I thought it would but it's all in now. It may not work as a blaster but I'd rather have the electronics in there just in case Just the LED for the blaster tube and the EL wire to thread through the claw sections once it's all assembled. Will also use a 90 deg elbow AV cable so the wire sits in closer to the handle and my glove.
  4. Looks like batons are still around too
  5. So it seems from what images there are that the weapon has a blaster hengstler and magazine Having to guess placement Trimmed and fitted Lights fitted Now to work out fitment of switches and get the rest of the electronics inside
  6. Depends which image you look at in this one there appears to be a lot of white on the endcap but it could be reflection or edited that way
  7. Great news, looking forward to the progress
  8. Shields look to still be relevant, can't quite make out the yellow section
  9. Great news, good luck with the progress
  10. Looking good, will be watching your progress, good luck
  11. Slots cut, recessed inserts added and glued
  12. I've got to get myself a 3D printer one of these days, would have made this next bit so much easier. So the handle has recesses sections with raised ribs so had to cut some pipe and slot it so it would fit inside the handle pipe. Then I found some coated wire would do nicely for the raised sections but I would need to add some grooves to the inner pipe piece so it will sit better and give the glue something to hold on too, so I did this with the dremel and a file, luckily I had tape the right spacing width. Then inserted in the handle and added the pieces of wire. Next to slot the handle, this was just a test piece, should have 10 ridges. Best I can do for now, as I said it's far from being 100% accurate.
  13. Things are coming together nicely, looking forward to the progress, good luck
  14. Some nice crisp details
  15. Congrats and welcome to the ranks trooper
  16. I still think with all the F-11D pieces that it doubles as a blaster but don't think it would work firing it out the endcap end
  17. May be an optical thing, the recessed areas can make it look oval at some angles. But does look round in the behind the scenes video
  18. Nice work, the V shapes on the sides are a little weird though, not seen those before. Elastic on the sides does look a little low to the soles.
  19. Happy for it to be pinned but it's only a basic build, no doubt we'll start seeing some 3D printed versions soon, I've seen a few underway
  20. Working out spacing for the recessed ridges on the handle, also noticed it looks like the weapon has a F-11D blaster end cap with a D-ring
  21. Congrats and welcome to the rank trooper
  22. Jyn Erso's baton does differ Another ground crew Definitely lookin square
