  1. Congrats on first ROTJ Centurion! Speaking of Centuion I believe I'm first TKC Centurion, I just think they forgot..
  2. My build is also ATA, a little more trimming may be involved but the kit went together well. Only thing I would look at is your build, if you are very tall or a bigger build ATA or AP may not be the best kit for you. I'm 6'2" at 180lbs and did have to do some modification to have the backplate and kidney plate sit properly. Both are great kits and you will be happy with either.
  3. You look amazing! Really awesome looking build.
  4. I've really come to like a nice saber. Currently commissioning a new saber for my Darth Nihilus build. Then back to another armor build. Because chicks love armor... Well my fiance does anyways. And for all you women troopers out there. Nothing hotter then a woman in armor.
  5. My TKC does wear one. I love it, surprisingly nobody has asked why a trooper has a lightsaber. They just think it looks cool.
  6. I would love to see more options for ROTJ blasters out there. I for one would be very interested in acquiring parts for another blaster build.
  7. Don't forget running around with a group of kids playing cops and robbers or should I say rebels and stormtroopers, that was a lot of fun. Boy I got shot alot.. Glad you were there to back me up Brian those kids were tough.
  8. The reason you see other Star Wars blasters more often then the E-11s is they are shipped as an assortment much like action figures are. You will get a box that contains 10 blasters but only two will be E-11s, since at this time the clone blaster is more popular with the kids so more of those are shipped in a box. And for this same reason a store may be out of E-11s for a long time is because all those blasters need to sell down enough for the system to order new boxes, and that may take awhile. so when you see one don't hesitate or you may be waiting awhile to get another one.
  9. Be yourself but don't be afraid to be goofy and have fun with the kids. They love it when you interact with them. I give high fives, shake their hands, let them shoot me, or when they hold my gun and point it at me I put my hands up and surrender. When you were a kid what would have been the highlight of your day if you could have been with a Stromtrooper. Have fun and give them something to remember.
  10. Ed, the Starkiller saber or the Galen Marek saber is used by the TKC in the Force Unleashed game. It's not used because everyone likes it, as everyone has different tastes as far as sabers go otherwise every Jedi would have the same one.. The white one that your referring to is the one that is used as an optional weapon for ANH Hero build. Both of these sabers are not readily available like a FX saber, either the individual built it themselves or had it commisioned by a sabersmith. One of the reasons I went with a TKC build was the ability to carry a saber and the build looking very unique in a sea of white. If you plan on acquiring a saber for your build you could look into this. If you want one commisioned. https://www.facebook.com/nocturnearmory/ Or if you want to get items to build your own. http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/ I love the saber that I got from Nocturne Armory, looks great and has a great feel to it. The Starkiller saber has a different look to it, but when I got it in my hands and really looked at it, it became one of my favorite sabers. My garrison really likes it as well. We have a Armored Starkiller in the garrison and he also has one that was built by Nocturne. There are many sabersmiths out there just like anything else make sure to ask questions and do your research.
  11. I have a modded Hasbro but rarely use it. I normally carry my Hyperfirm just because it's durable and don't have to worry about kids handling it. But I do want to get another Hasbro and put a Hyperdine kit in it, kids absolutely love it.
  12. No minion.... but you said I could be one. But I'll take wingman.
  13. Be glad you posted the pics and asked questions about it first. To many people fall for the cheap recast or horribly inaccurate and over priced kits out there. This kit would not stand up to the first troop and would tear and rip before the day was over.
  14. Being with like minded individuals, I consider this as my extended family. We may all have different reasons for being here, perhaps your a costumer, or it's a way to express yourself, or you want to be able to help others in a unique way, but the FISD brings us all together. This community has so much knowledge and willingness to help others it's amazing. Also since now that I'm Ingrid's mionion because Brian did not want me, I need to be here.

I use a 60 gallon Stanley storage chest, it also has wheels and a telescopic haandle. Home depot for around sixty bucks.
  16. Nice build Ralf, from what I can see is you don't want the shoulder bell strap to run across your bicep, or if you do have a strap to make sure that it is hidden. Also more for Centurion if your plan on heading that way, the small thigh ammo belt rivit will need to be switched over to a brad/split rivit.
  17. Thanks Vern, also sporting one of your holsters.
  18. Just want to say hats off to Tom (RogueTrooper) for making some AMAZING headers! Kudos Tom they really add a lot to those categories.
  19. Just wanted to add another source for the TKC saber or the Starkiller saber. The saber that I had built is very sturdy and has a good weight to it. The Luxeon LED is very bright and combined with the Petite crouton sound card which is 100% programmable from sound fonts to the sensitivity and also drives the LED more accurately and makes the blade brighter. The saber body is machined steel and aluminum and is of duelling quality build. Also the saber is charged with a Li-ion quick charger. He does not supply the blade itself but it fits most 1" OD blade Great customer service as well. http://www.nocturnea...sabersinfo.html Also the site I ordered the blade and also the belt clip for the saber. http://www.thecustom...Blades-C13.aspx
  20. You could try this place, thinking about this to build my blaster. They are a bit pricey but would make a great E-11. ------------
  21. To late Brian! I'm Ingrid's minion, I bet she has better cookies!
