Congrats bro! I really like your idea of having the elastic to hold down the shoulder straps attached to the white elastic bands holding the chest and back together, making it a 1-step connection when suiting up!

When I troop my HWT, I usually get called a Sandtrooper..lol..depending if they say "you're awfully clean" for a Sandtrooper, I'll tell them "Darth Vader would'nt let me back on the Death Star unless I took a bath!" I love wearing the pack, pouches and sportin' a BFG though! Adds a REAL BADASS kind of swagger to it! Lol! It is nice to switch back to a clean TK..

Looks good man! Only things I see is your left bicep is hanging way outside your shoulder bell, and can't see the black elastic on it. Your thighs have no gaps around the codplate area and your backplate doesn't have a minimal or even seam line. Good luck on your final approval though!

No its a small piece that hangs out with a snap on it then the bell snaps down onto it..if you look at my Centurion app go to my chestplate pic and look at the left shoulder strap, you can see it hanging out. There is a snap glued underneath the top edge of my bell.

Hey Chuck! (Cool name,same to you bro! ) I have a small elastic band that is glued under the shoulder straps that snaps on to the shoulder bell underneath the top flat edge of the bell. I believe the snap allows it to rotate with movement but stay in place to prevent the gap issue some troopers run into. Hope this helps you bro! Charlie
