  1. This sounds like a great idea! What do I need to do?
  2. Though it was a small venue, it was still a lot of fun! Corey and Smitty, it was great meeting you both! See you At the next one!
  3. I butted the the butt & kidney pieces together and marked where the snaps went w/ elastic. When I stand up straight it looks flush, but it allows me to bend. As for the chest & back pieces I used 2" elastic and set it pretty tight. I had to put a piece of adhesive weatherstripping at the neck on the chest piece because it was digging into my neck. Check out my build thread if you need pics.
  4. Congrats on the RT-Mod kit, you will not be disappointed!!!!! Here's the link to my build, thought it might help. Have fun! http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=12727&pid=164311&st=0entry164311
  5. The only problem is, what do I do next year for him?
  6. @Evolver - I've seen a great deal up close and personal through Celebration V and other cons throughout the years, but I'm always open and eager to see more. I see Con Nooga is going on this weekend, but haven't seen any mention of the GA Garrison being involved. Not a huge deal, as I'm looking forward to a semi-relaxing weekend at home, and don't think I'll be making the trip to Tennessee. I may be looking in the wrong place on the garrison boards, but don't see any events on the 2011 calendar. I'm trying to go, but I won't know until tomorrow. There are a few going from GA.
  7. Hey Jason! Glad to see you made it to the boards. You should try to meet up with some of us at an event soon. It may be better to see some finished products in person to get a feel for things. Just a thought.
  8. The TK's are Brent (RamblinTrooper) & Jeremy(Buckethead). The X-Wing Pilot is Steve (Loosetoon) & the Tie Pilot is Andy (Marleyman009). It was a great time. I should see you at the Columbus Comic Show.
  9. Thanx everyone for the kind words. As for the cake, cutting it was pretty painful to watch!
  10. It's a bakery who did our wedding cake. It's called Celso's Cakes in Norcross GA
  11. This past Sunday the Georgia Garrison helped me celebrate my son's 6th birthday. We also used this as an excuse for us in the garrison to just get together, have some food, and get a chance to talk it up. I know the cake is from the CW, but it's still pretty cool!! Enjoy the pics!
  12. That's what it looks like to me. I t5hink it may be from 2 door GM G body vehicles. Look for mid 80's Olds Cutlass, Buick Regals, Chevy Monte Carlo's, & Pontiac Gran Prix's. I hope I'm right, and this helps!
  13. I don't remember the size, but I took the muzzle with me to Home Depot. I then cut the heads off & E6000 them to the muzzle. Sorry it's vague but I hope it helps.
  14. Thanx for all the help everyone. I put it to good use!!
  15. Thank you! If you can get this kit, I can't stress how nice of a kit it is! Good luck & if you have any questions feel free.
  16. I used chicago screws. The main reason is because the holster is removable if need be. I don't remember the size, sorry.
  17. I took apart my Arai helmet last night for my Republic Commando. Unfortunately, there isn't any usable padding. Just thought I would give the heads up if that's what you have. I only used mine because I wrecked in it.
  18. One of the best parts if RT-Mod is the manufacturer. You couldn't ask for an easier or better person to deal with. To me,the most important thing was the proportions. Due to my size I didn't want to look like I was "squeezed" into the suit.
  19. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way! :D
  20. This is my EIB Submission pics w/ RT-Mod. I'm 6'00 250.... you'll be fine. Plus, Rob is awesome to work with! He will take your measurements & manipulate his molds to closely match you as possible. ----------
  21. Pics as requested: Action shot: Thought it was an Ewok! Hope these work!
