    On Jakku I only ever saw holstered F-11D's. No pistols.

    Yeah, Harrison wanted Han Solo to die in ROTJ and was quite upset that it didn't happen. It's also been one of his requirements for ever doing Han Solo again was to have him finally killed off.

    Btw, last night when I watched the movie again I kept my eye out specifically for the pistol, and I didn't see it once on anyone. The only holstered weapons I saw were the F-11D and the baton.

    Like Derrek says. You can use any material as long as it looks good and holds up. It's just that HIPS, ABS and PVC are the more common materials and they have stood the test of time. PS, the original suits were made from ABS.

    What you present yourself as to people at troops is up to you. Be FN-Donald Duck for all we care.

    There should be room in the CRL "template" to allow for this, without much trouble. Something like: If you have this accessory, these ones are also required to be worn with it. IE "pushing" you into one of the groups. I think Sandtroopers already do something similar with backpack+pocket configurations.

    Back in July when i wrote that, it hadn't been leaked. Also, we know from those pictures that their armour is slightly different. So you would still for 501st approval have to decide if you are making an ANH or R1 armour, and focus on their individual details.

    Most people seem to use appliance white enamel spray. As to what the props were painted in, no idea.

    Easy - they end up here here, (we already have incinerators which are basically the same thing) and at blizzard force for the snowies.

    TM and RS only takes payment when they are ready to ship, or very close to.

    RS, TM, AP, ATA, whatever you like. They are mostly the same size. RS and TM are the most accurate ANH/ESB versions. CFO and TM have very accurate ROTJ kits too.
