  1. In that case RT-MOD is an excellent choice!
  2. You will do a lot better by sticking with those established here. After all, both TM and RS who are considered the two most accurate ANH/ESB kits available are based in the UK, so it's not that far from Austria.
  3. Sounds good Tom!
  4. MovieFX is also a recaster and has been known to screw over his costumers on several occasions. Avoid!
  5. You may want to raise the back plate a little. For centurion you can't have any overlap with the kidney.
  6. Make sure that the back is lower, and you might want to raise the left shoulder bell a little bit. All in all you have made a very good looking hero. Well done!
  7. I'm glad you trimmed the knee belt some more and didn't put if too far up. It looks good as it is now.
  8. Do you even need to ask that? Of course!
  9. Done is after you've added the rivet covers. Just kidding. Looking good!
  10. Sure! Some belts had the elastic riveted to the inner drop box. I think this was a "hero" belt because of the 4 rivets to the holster.
  11. That's the standard AP hovi tip. So it would not be acceptable for EIB. Both Keith and Sskunky make very nice hovis for those who are looking. Trooperbay is reselling Sskunky hovi tips, in case anyone was wondering what those were.
  12. Might be one of the fastest TM builds documented to this date!
  13. Unfortunately, the standard AP mic tips are considered impossible to mod to EIB acceptance. There's a thread about that I might be able to find later.
  14. That reminds me that I should move my bicep-forearm elastic. Mine are in the center, and it's worked pretty good, but I have noticed some issues with it I think would be corrected by offsetting the elastic like shown above.
  15. The ones included in the ATA kit are acceptable for both EIB and centurion (there is no extra requirement on this part for centurion). A new pair of mic tips usually costs between £5-£20 depending on vendor.
  16. Not loose, but you don't have to stretch it.
  17. I just find it somewhat scary to have the bicep free falling. It feels like it's going to slip over my elbow (I have really skinny arms) and make me unable to bend my arms. But those that can wear it without straps, I salute you.
  18. Which way you have "up" on the canvas belt is irrelevant. I do believe most people have their belt so it opens up the same way like you have it in your picture. IE left side on top of right side.
  19. Looks good from the front. Drop boxes were attached with white elastic looped around the canvas belt, and holster pop riveted to the belt. If you want a less permanent attachment of the holster you can use a male snap as a washer on the inside of the canvas belt when you put in the pop rivet, and put female snaps on the holster straps.
  20. Well... don't. It's better looking to have that small gap in the front. And it's accurate. If you have the arm length for it, showing more bicep is better than hiding it under the shoulder bell. But your picture has proven me otherwise, so just carry on as you were.
  21. I thought you were going to fill the gap in the front of the thigh! Snaps inside bell, and position of strap look fine, but since you're quite tall I'm not sure you need straps between the bicep and bell. I put a snap in the top of the bell as well that connects to the shoulder strap with it's own small strap.
  22. Did you remake the vocoder? It looks the same to me...
  23. No, don't fill the gap. It's fine just as it is.
  24. Yeah, that knee plate might have been best to leave as it was. But your other assembly looks great! Very clean looking. Much better than when I did my kit.
