  1. If your snaps are lacquered you don't have to worry about heat generating. I have never had any issues with the snaps I've been using.
  2. Very cool news Paul! I'm sure there are more daddies than Stephen that want high-end costumes for their kids.
  3. Painkillers, white gaffa tape and black marker pen. That's all.
  4. Maybe this was the link on SW-helmets that we were looking for? http://starwarshelmets.com/original-TOUR-stormtrooper-armor-helmets.htm --------
  5. SW1 does say who made the Junior. It's TM. Just don't expect it to be cheap. He put as much time in sculpting his Junior moulds as in the full size.
  6. Pretty cool! Terrible shoes they were wearing though!
  7. Nice work Eric and Mason
  8. The first picture shows a rubies, but the other 3 look more like AM.
  9. It usually takes some trooping to find out what works for you. Just keep tweaking.
  10. Yeah, that looks good!
  11. Yeah, just don't go and do something drastic like re-shaping armour!
  12. I see. Well, he might be busy I guess. Your garters look sturdy enough. Is the waist band slipping and becoming looser as you troop?
  13. Yes, I think it will be that easy! I would also look into using some reliable garters for the thighs, even though it might not be screen accurate. Didn't you get garters from Mightytank? I have had mine for over a year without problems.
  14. No, no and no! Just make the elastic in the shoulders shorter, so you pull everything higher up and that should fix it.
  15. It was a competing SW club called "Shadow Legion", existing only in Denmark AFAIK, that does pretty much no charity-work. Lack of standards are their trademark.
  16. Yep. But it shouldn't be a problem. You have a great looking armour.
  17. Looking forward to it!
  18. I don't think so either. I bet you'll fly through it all. But I'm not going to take your word that you've fixed something. "Pictures or it didn't happen".
  19. Your left ear (when wearing the helmet) looks like it has too much plastic left on it, but otherwise I think you've done a really great job on it!
  20. Well, since you're not even a member yet it doesn't matter what pictures you post here now. You need 501st membership, detachment association (see the request 501st member status thread) and then make your EIB application thread, and finally your centurion thread after EI has been approved. So you might just as well take new photos before then.
  21. Fair enough, it is clearly there!
  22. No problem.
  23. You're good to go for EI, but for centurion you need to have the cocking handle on your blaster and you need to raise the back plate a little so you don't have any overlap with the kidney plate.
