Your armour looks very good! I do however have a concern with your helmet (good thing you're working on a new one). Your brow trim sits way too high over where it normally would if it was not a resin/fiberglass helmet. This is quite noticeable when looking at it from the side If you decide to stick with this helmet I would recommend moving the brow accordingly: Other than the helmet, you look great and see no other obvious issue holding you back right now.

On the other hand is the insurance aspect of it all. You can't have handle actors (or anyone else) handle firearms that are unsafe. Cutting down mags in-houseif of course doable, but only if it's done by someone who knows what he does so that the magazine is safe to fire with.

AM is not "pretty accurate", and with your size and weight you'll be swimming inside that thing. Better to get something like ATA which is about the same price as AM but includes an accurate helmet and is more suited for someone your size. Don't be afraid that it's a kit, because if you go AM you'll need to modify it so much you might as well build a kit anyway.

Yeah, I see what you mean. The blasters are a mystery of their own. So little research has been done, or it's been forgotten and has to be redone somewhere else.

If your supplier has an actual store you can go inside, maybe you can try fit the mags and compare it with a printed screenshot of one the scenes they used a hero blaster in, to see how much the mag sticks out? My personal bet is on 10 rounds, but I have no proof of that, just a gut feeling.

Yeah those pictures are good enough. I also need to see pictures of your forearms if there is any return edge in the front, and would like to see some dirt on those shiney white boots. As the CRL says: Boots shall be lightly scuffed. No return edge on the inside of the front of the forearm is allowed.
