  2. Could be. I recall seeing some pretty good close ups in that anatomy of a dewback.
  3. See for yourself. The bell on the right is an original piece. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/image/855-shoulderarmorcomparion5jpg/
  4. Also consider that their pauldrons are not the same. More like a cut up piece of black neoprene than the originals. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

  7. Looking great! And don't worry, I will order a set of cylinders from you, just not right now. All things in due time. But it seems you have your work cut out for you nonetheless.
  8. It's the new offer from the makers of AM. And you're not alone in making that connection.
  9. Why's that? You had the other parts right, but the real suits had no nylon anywhere. And if you're a slim guy there's absolutely no need to use something non-elastic to force the parts shut.
  10. Don't buy stuff until you know what it is and why you buy it. So if something confuses you, wait up and read some more. Chances are you'll find some post somewhere explaining that piece.
  11. Yeah don't worry. It's all minor stuff that you can fix without much problem. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

  13. I think you can leave it as is for now Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  14. Enjoy Paris! It's a great city.
  15. I'm not the DO anymore so Phil will have to approve you, but I barely see the damage from the rivets. Sure the image is a little blurred, but I wouldn't worry about it anyway. I've had larger holes in my belt than yours that still weren't visible. And if you'd like I can point you to an on-screen trooper with holes in his belt from a moved holster. Nice work!
  16. Read, read, read. Don't repeat other peoples mistakes. Look at reference images from our gallery on how the original suits were made rather than how other people made them. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/gallery/

  19. Please follow the instructions on page 1. I'm not DO anymore, but until we get new templates for the certificates they will be signed by me. I will still also handle the creation of the certificates due to technical reasons.
  20. Once you start looking at the details you will notice that ROTJ is very far from ANH or ESB. Virtually everything is slightly different. TFU might be taking place before ANH, but the armour the game designers modelled from is clearly ROTJ and thus that is the best base-model to replicate TFU armour.
  21. You're quite welcome! Bringing Phil in as the next DO was my suggestion and I think he will do a fantastic job at it.

  23. Seems to work with the beta 4 tapatalk for android. Let me know if you got my test message. I followed your description on how you did to send the message.
  24. Darman holsters, especially the older ones are too long, regardless of wearers height. Best way is to insert the blaster and cut the holster just below the muzzle.
