  2. If anyone cares what I think, it would be 6 tracks. Period.
  3. I'll go ahead and close this thread. We have links in here to the larger discussion already.

  5. In 1977 it was just called "Star Wars".
  6. If he or she can't answer the security question correctly they need to sort out their life priorities (just kidding) Acceptable answers are: Star Wars, starwars, Starwars, StarWars, star wars
  7. I assure you that you take much better care of your armour than the stunt men that wore the original suits did.
  8. Well, the forum told you what the problem was. The problem is that it was not supposed to have a cut off age. I don't know when that was changed, but I'm pretty sure it was just a mistake by someone. Anyway, it's fixed now and thanks for bringing it to my attention.
  9. It's not an issue. The areas where the snaps and rivets sit are no-stress areas. Meaning that they are not subject to stress. Look at the original armour in our gallery. They survived two movies, stunts, promotions, rough handling and rough storage for 30+ years and you won't see a single crack around the snaps or side rivets.
  10. I'm about your size. Same weight and just 4 cm taller. TM fits me perfectly after I made the arms and legs slimmer. I would recommend a european maker. Saves you a lot on shipping and there is no tax or customs fees added.
  11. I'd say it's worth selling the helmet and getting a complete kit instead. The eFX isn't much to look at anyway.

  13. OOOH YEAH! Just add a dab of white paint on the knee belt rivets.

  15. Good idea. And remember that it's not your fault mfx sent you the wrong parts.
  16. Well, is it 3 or 4 bumps on the ear is what I'm asking. It looks like 3 bumps. If it is I would suggest buying a new set of ears and replacing the faulty ear with a correct one.
  17. UK folks who don't mind sorting through some other kinds of snaps mind find something useful in this lot: -----------
  18. I think that just the sizes as reported on the package. Think shoe sizes.
  19. The name is Newey, as seen in picture two (main reason I posted it. Helmet is JoeR's ROTJ but snaps are the same as far as I know) As for the size, I'm actually not sure, but they are not very large. Probably between 1/2 and 2/3rd the size of a normal heavy duty snap.
  20. If you need some cash, I'll be happy do donate to the cause.
  21. No, leave the teeth as they are, just paint the last pieces grey. Look at reference images in our photo gallery (link up top).
  22. Don't forget to taper the frown. You're missing the last two grey areas. It's not supposed to end "square". Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  23. Yes, there has been modifications to the original casts taken by TE. We all know this. Gino made plenty to his armour moulds too. All because they were trying to get a more ANH look to the ROTJ look the casts had. What are you arguing about? Of course it's not like the tour suit, AP doesn't use those parts. It's a duplicate ROTJ arm. It's TE2 and ATA that has the tour suit arm.
