  1. On a side not though is that ABS takes punishment very differently than most HIPS, so your chest probably could handle it. But please don't try it out just to call me out on that statement.
  2. All helmets are a little thin around the mic tips. And your suit/helmet was probably made from 1.5 mm ABS rather than the 2 mm people seem used to from other vendors. That extra half mm makes a large difference in armour strength and flexibility. Making the thinner suit more flexible and less prone to cracks, but also a little more flimsy. But you are not supposed to play rugby in your suit, so you don't need the extra strength. I realize that accurate armour may seem flimsy and weak. Especially to those that are used to thicker. But it will hold up just fine, and also be more comfortable to wear. You can always add some abs paste or anything really, to the back of the mic tips to toughen up that area, and make sure to use washers as well.

  4. Make sure "fancy mode" is enabled before you try to paste anything.
  5. Most likely. But it is a large investment to have them made and it takes a long time for whoever finances them to get their money back. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

  7. Yeah, RS will fit you just fine.
  8. AP is usually made into ANH or ESB and sort of designed for it, but it is easier turning it into a ROTJ than many other "brands". Most armour is derived from a ROTJ suit, and then modified to look more like ANH (before sold to you), but out of all those versions, AP is the least modified, which makes it easier than the others to go ROTJ with. Although you'll need to get a different helmet if you choose to go ROTJ.

  10. There are several differences between them. Here are some typical blasters (some are fan made, for lacking time to find pictures of originals): ANH ESB ROTJ
  11. The obvious answer would be whichever one you like the most. But ANH and ESB are definitely easier to make, at least when it comes to getting an accurate blaster to finish the look.
  12. Bah, that's like a week left. Plenty of time
  13. So where are your EIB and Centurion requests?
  14. I wouldn't worry much about the back of the shins. Personally I'd rather use accurate enclosure and small gaps than velcro that might not work and/or make noise when it gets forced open by flexing shin muscles. The mic tips also look good to me. The biceps could be a little slimmer, but over all you look just about ready for centurion.
  15. Almost no strapping is mentioned in any CRL. That doesn't mean you don't need it.
  16. Let's wait with judgements until we see it for sale. Until then, anything may change.
  17. This is what you're looking for http://www.bikerscout.net/
  18. Yeah, that's the point it, and why it's such an important strap.
  19. Glad to hear it.
  20. Yes, that should work for you, if you go into your profile settings and change anything you need. If that still doesn't do it for you, you can send me a PM and I'll take care of it.
  21. Uuuuh! That will be great for those looking for ROTJ blasters.
  22. Karin is Sonnenschein here on the forums, just send her a PM and she'll set you up with some really nice gear.
