Apologies, I'm not sure what you mean by 'could you add to the bellow line to your application'? Do you mean answering the Social Media Consent (photo) and adding it to the main application? If so I just did it.2 points

Hi Lucas, We are almost there and on going through your application a final time, there were a couple of things that I did not catch the first time around. Sorry for all of the back and forth but we want your armour to stand out at the higher levels. Could you please trim back the rear cover strip on your left thigh slightly as it extends a bit beyond the lower ridge CRL Basic: Cover strip must end at the top of the lower ridge in front and back. The decals for your tears and rear traps appear to not be put on smoothly and seem to have wrinkles in them. On the rear traps, this may be a lighting artifact. Could you please correct these or if this is just an optical effect from reflection, provide clearer photos to show that they are applied smoothly? Keep up the good work, you are very close now.2 points

Alright, got it mocked up, using a TIE pilot bust as a stand, and I gotta say I'm loving it so far. The printed brow trim actually looks pretty damn good. Once I get the white parts all smoothed and shined up I'm going to add the black paint to the tear and trap recesses and adhere everything together, just gotta make the time to do that next!2 points

Oh man! I'm sorry, crazy that time flies so fast and I can barely keep up lol! I've had my slow progress staring me in the face for many months. It wasn't mad... it was just disappointed lol So I had gotten it up to 1000 grit months ago, I just needed to paint. Problem was I just didn't make any time to prep for paint. Taping, washing, and rigging is just so time consuming. I finally kicked myself in the butt and started the process. I decided that I wanted to paint the inside of the helmet first, mostly because the weird off-day-glo-green resin it was printed from just looked so damn ugly. So I taped it up and painted the inside of the helmet, and of course managed not to take any pics. Doh! Anyway, after painting the inside and again taping up what I needed to, I finally got around to laying down the outer paint... That was the first coat. Using the Behr #52 White Gloss rattle can This is after the 3rd coat on my makeshift rigging system I fashioned some heavy duty picture hanging wire into rigs and held them in place on the helmet parts with painters tape and drilled holes into a big wooden block to hold the rigged pieces between coats and to dry/cure After a few days of letting it cure, I put the main pieces together just to see it! I didn't take pics but I painted the tears, traps, teeth and ear greebs with Testors admiral gray with a clear matte coat, and the vocoder and the printed brow trim with Rustoleum 2X black ultra matte. Oh and I painted the tube stripe backing with Model Master's French Blue that I lightened up a bit by mixing a bit of white in with it. My plan is to now lightly wet sand the white parts of the helmet with 1000 then 2000 to remove any egg shell/orange peel texture from the rattle can and then buff it up to a shine with automotive swirl and scratch remover. I'll probably mock everything up and take some pics first though... so more WIP pics to come1 point

Any progress is good progress The angle of the ears is an "Ideal" position and not all makes of helmets will allow for it, don't stress if yours doesn't align 100% there, just do your best1 point

Nice work, you've done well with most of your gaps, just a couple of thigs to watch, your ab plate is just popping out under your chest, you may need some tighter strapping there You can also see in the back image that your biceps are just starting to pop out under your shoulder bells Get those few things and the neck seal and I don't think you will have any issues for base approval, great job, hope to see you with some ID numbers soon1 point

Inset the snap a bit more, and I wasn't late for work!1 point

Personally I like to leave a fingers room around, thighs will want to come up when bending and stretch the legs, a little extra room won't help as the strapping will do all the work. Easer to leave some extra material on than trying to add some later.1 point

Hi Mark, Great job on getting the leg armour together. With respect to your questions, Is the shin overlap on the boot acceptable? Does it need to be adjusted up or down at all? Also, can I just get confirmation that I have them on the correct legs? The shin overlap looks okay but if you find that the top of the shin is hitting your knee and preventing you from bending your leg properly, it could come down slightly still. Is the gap between the top of the shin and bottom of the thigh large enough? I feel as though the shin needs to come down a little more because the return edge is hitting right at the joint (about 3/4 down the kneecap). I also worry if I don't leave enough space I will have issue with the sniper knee and ammo belt getting pinched or rubbing when walking. The gap looks good on the first photos where you are holding your thighs up. again, try bending your knee and walking and make sure that you can actually move properly. The ammo belt sits up on the bottom of the thigh, so it doesn't really interfere with the shin, the sniper plate will often get caught in the bottom of the thigh, but this can be corrected by ensuring it is mounted a bit forward to keep it in front of the lower thigh edge when the knee is straight. Is the gap between the torso/butt plate and the tops of the thighs acceptable? I think it looks good, but would like more experienced eyes on them. The gap could be a bit smaller but if your thighs have slipped down because you couldn't hold them up, the suspenders will correct this. The bottom edge of the thighs hit me at the top of the knee cap. Does that need to be higher? I think once I get the garter belts on them, I can cinch up the straps and they won't be an issue. That is about right - again, the main thing will be to adjust the suspender strapping so you can bend at the upper leg and the knee comfortably. You likely will want it just at the top or above the kneecap. Right now when I try to walk with the thighs on, while holding them up with my fingers, they are clipping each other in the groin area. No armor biting (thank god) but I can see that being an issue over time. After I glue everything up could I heat the plastic and "flatten" the inner curve a bit to create a little bigger thigh gap? Is my fitting off, and should it be flush with my inner thigh? It is normal for the thighs to rub a bit when walking, I would advise that if you are going to try adding heat to reshape them, to be very careful not to over heat and damage the armour. The blue tape is a stand in for the cover strips. I put on the shins and boots while cooking dinner to see where they would settle out. It looks like they twisted a bit so they don't perfectly match up with the boot seam, but still somehow align with the thigh seam. Should I angle the seams a bit more to try and make it all align, or is what is shown right now acceptable? The front cover plate placements look good, the back ones however should align with the boot seam at the bottom. Your left shin looks like it twisted out slightly in the last photo. it does look like you have enough material on your shins at the bottom edge to cut them so that the coverstrip runs in the right direction.1 point

Been in the process of printing the E-11 I'm still have to print a few the pieces that need to be printed, and will probably be reprinting the barrel because the front sight bit broke off. Files are Sergey Kolesnik's and are also on Galactic Armory's web store since they're doing a pretty neat collaboration.1 point
