The photo of the hand plate were an after though as I am currently over see at work, so are the best a can do right now. If you need anything more please let me know.

You need to add all of your photos to your application separately, not just one link, use the "direct link" or if on computer use "copy and paste" directly into your post. You are also missing some information and quite a few other photos, please read this checklist

Hi everyone,

I know using a single album link for my Expert Infantry submission isn’t the correct approach, so I just wanted to confirm: do I need to upload each photo individually and add all the links into my thread to match the checklist format? I think I must have been under a Jedi mind trick on my first attempt.

Thanks for confirming I want to make sure I’m hitting the mark like a proper stormtrooper this time! 😉 also sorting the 501st link thanks.

Correct, each photo has to be separate in your application, you need to use the "direct link" or link with extension ie: .jpg, .png, .gif, here is a how to use Imgur

You can have a look at other EIB applications to see how they have been posted

Looks pretty good so far. Notice how the distance between your shoulders and chest plate is much closer.

You need to add the links as "direct link" or with the file extension ie: .jpg, .png, gif.

Unfortunately you will need to also remove your UKG decal from the shoulder bell, other UK TK's have purchased another shoulder bell to replace it or precured another decal after L2 and L3 approval.

Hi @Daveybobs I will be doing your EIB review.

before I begin, can I ask you to please make sure all of your photos are showing in your application (not just links) and make sure you have all of the required photos.

it appears that you may need to use imgur on a tablet or desktop device to get the direct links to work. It appears that the phone app is not working now.

Before the DO's start their review you may want to add a little black paint to those TD screws

OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable):

Clips shall be attached with slotted type, flat or dome top style screws, and be black (two per clip).

Also with fabric gloves the hand plates must be stitched directly to gloves

If silk or satin gloves are worn, the hand plates have the correct visible stitching with a 5 point/star pattern, equally spread out with 2 on each side and 1 in the middle front, double stitched with 2 holes at each point and sewn to the glove at each one using black thread.

Hi David,

Thank you for your patience while we worked through your approval. Your costume looks great but will need a few adjustments to achieve EIB approval status. In some cases, your photos are from different times, and this makes the approval process a bit tricky. Some of the requested changes may already have been made, so when suiting up for the next set of photos with the requested corrections, you can simply swap out the corrected items in the new photos (for example the hand plate issue).

Below are the corrections we will need for EIB approval;

Shoulder Straps:

Your shoulder straps are lifted in the back. Ideally, these should be sitting flush with the back piece. A hot water bath may help to curve them more for a better fit over the shoulders. Your small white elastics appear to be forward on the shoulder straps as well. These should be farther back and may assist in holding the backs down against the back plate.

Shoulder Armour:

We will need you to remove the decal from your left shoulder bell for EIB and Centurion approvals.

Hand Plates:

Your hand plates are attached to your forearm armour but should be sewn to the gloves for level 2 approval. If you are wearing rubber gloves, they may be left as is. If you opt to use the silk or satin gloves, then the plates will need to be sewn there.

CRL L2: If silk or satin gloves are worn, the hand plates have the correct visible stitching with a 5 point/star pattern, equally spread out with 2 on each side and 1 in the middle front, double stitched with 2 holes at each point and sewn to the glove at each one using black thread.

Posterior Plate:

Your posterior plate is sitting back from the kidney plate. They should line up in the same plane. This can be corrected with the placement of some "V tabs" to secure the armour pieces in alignment.
