ATAUK[TK]
Finally got round to posting here Have a wip over at ukg. Had my armor from ross at RWA for just over a week now and making good progress i think . Well i think i am lol . ANH E11 from rs propmaster earlier in the year . Also where im getting my boots Helmet came pre done by ross and gotta admit his work is amazing Also got his strapping kit Neck seal Holster Trimming done Legs front cover strips done . 20mm Thermal detonator done Forearms top 15mm cover strips done Will add more pics when home of thighs and shins done Trimming done on all pieces maybe just a final sand here and there So here a few images so far Any help is much apreciated . Comments . Advice all welcome Below is a few pics . More has been done but will get some more later when home Only issue im having now is that the forarms although plenty of room at the elbow end . Just below its snug against my arm . Tried to show parts of my arm that are causing this . Its been suggested to pad this part out so will try that later . Sent the wife out to grab some sponges or pipe lagging foam stuff to cut into strips . Altleast i dont have to worry about my forarm twisting though can twist by hand Only issue ive realy had so far . Everything else has gone well ( need smaller arms ) hands not too small either but have got a fairly small opening at the wrist end that i can get my hand through . Just leaving a final finnish sand once complete and sized Again all comments and advice are welcome Love the build so far Even the thumbs up from the wife Dave Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

ATAUK[TK]
Drop boxes and forearms which im having problems with at the moment 15mm cover strips on top . Trimmes other side to flashing only . Tight on arm where indicated theough not uncomfortable and can be turned by hand Irs as As though needs to be squished slightly from above middle towards elbow end but will try padding first as suggested . This i assume will have a similar effect as hot water bath to slightly flare the ends while retaining lower and top / outer shape ?Dave Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Harbinger[IPM]
I would suggest trimming the coverstrips on your thighs so they don't go past the seams, they're more likely to poke and pinch the way they are now.

That is the idea mate . Just done an initial straight run then trim those down / shape on a final fitting Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Making good progress. I’d just say, keep an eye on the back/kidney gap. That should be near enough touching when your elastics are in place. And make sure that the chest can’t ride up over the ab plate. Both should be okay when your internal strapping is nice and tight. :-)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

ATAUK[TK]
Tabs all in place and added a extra to the butt plate to bring it in a bit more at the edge ( maybe didnt put the originals in close enough to the edge ? ) still getting a bit of a flare ( fat a very impolite person ) and pulls out at the back a little may be try in a bit of boiling water to shape round a little more ? Do have a bit more of a return i can remove also . Shown in pics Going to remove a tiny bit more from top of kidney plate . Wife not around to take more pics at moment so used yesterdays pic to show where extra tabs are . But the back pieceback is all even now and all snaps in place Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
TheSwede[TK]
Placement of tabs looks good and smal gap at the ends are fine, you could try to shorten the elastic but from the looks of it no need to bring out the heat gun just yet Keep up the great work
