Oh yeah, that's a nice build :)

Why the Anovos helmet with RS armour, out of interest?

My kids (I say kids loosely) bought me the helmet at SWC last year , after of loads of research RS seemed the best fit with it, without joining the dreaded anovos waiting list and avoiding a lot of shipping cost, having said that the customer service at RS has been great and really supportive throughout my build along with everyone else in the forums.

Looks like a pretty good colour match too, worth remembering if I need parts.

Looks like a fantastic build nothign really stands out at all and you seem to have made the changes to the Anovos helemet. Do you have a D ring on the E-11?

Hi Marty, we wont be too much longer, in the mean time could you please post up a photo of the end of your blaster showing the D ring.

We understand it is missing from the photo check list but that is being revised and will be updated soon.

Looking sharp sir

Hey Martyn thank you for your EIB application, lets get going.

CRL and EIB Application Requirements:

All submission photos are present and your armor displays all the elements required for Level 2 Badge. Congratulations and welcome to Expert Infantry!! :salute:

Other-Armor Fit/Assembly:

In this section we review observations made by us and your fellow troopers. Suggestions made here are to improve the overall look of your armor. If these suggestions would effect an application they will be mentioned in the above or below sections.

We love a good RS build and this is no exception, with only a couple of very minor suggestions needed.

You do have some separation occurring between your back and kidney plate, and firmly believe that if you shorten the elastic on the brackets, this will have them sitting closer together.

Great work on the Anovos Helmet too, its so good to see one with all the recommended mods done straight up in an EI application, and hopefully other future EI applicants can take a leaf from your book.

Centurion Suggestions:

In this area we try to prepare you for Centurion, and unless anything presents itself in the extra photos required in the level 3 application, we only have one item to mention.

As per the Level 3 CRL

For level three certification (if applicable):

  • Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box.

Im sure yours have only sliped in slightly, but maybe a dab of glue or a small piece of adhesive Velcro will stop them from moving along the belt

That is it good sir, great application and set of armour, Congrats and we shall see you in Centurion soon :duim:

Thanks a lot Andrew, onwards and upwards
looks like the sewing machine will have to come back out to make a shorter set of elastic's. I will reposition the drop boxes as advised and tack in place this time. Couple new photos and will submit for centurion .
