more work was done today. almost all pieces are glued besides the chest pieces.  waiting for the glue to dry sucks.    we ran all cover strips little past the edges because i know im gonna have to grind off the ends because of being small.

You removed way too much material on the hook section of the ears throwing off the helmet look, no movie helmets had thin ears like that. Here's how properly trimmed ears should look, and do not trim any bigger the frown holes they are at their limit!   If you need replacement ears let me know I can even trim them for you ;)

thanks.  just only concern with centurion wiith the shins.  im gonna do velcro on the inside.  do i still need a cover strip on the back of the leg

Yes, a cover strip needs to be on the back of the shins. It will be a little wider than the cover strip on the front.

Ok i have 3 sets of gloves. All 3 are 100% rubber / chemical glove.   trying to figure out which glove to put latex guards on. Also whats the best way to attach the rubber guards.

Glove #1  Nothing on the top of the fingers.

Glove #2  has grip on top of fingers. Also i would paint them black to make darker. they look grey in person.

Glove #3   need to cleaned/ washed.

For the mic tips, either one should work for Centurion. The mesh is different, but not too far off on either one. Go with your preference.

For the gloves, I used a set similar to #1, and used super glue to attach the hand guards.

Did you mold the lenses yourself? They look pretty good.
