I printed out the barrel ones, reduced them a bit so that the holes were the proper size. I cut off the excess and found that they are not even close to fitting the 1 1/2 inch diameter of the pipe I have. When wrapped, it overlaps a full 1/2 inch. I made it for the 1.5 pipe. on my cannon printer I use borderless normal, it chooses photo paper but I ignore that. want me to ship you a printed version? of course this is what my plan looks like. I designed the printout so that if you print it borderless like a photo it will work fine. don't use the browser to print it. use your printer's settings to print it like a borderless 300 dpi photo. I re-measured to make sure I have the right one. I do. The pipe is 4.75 inches around. The template when printed is 5 1/2. BBC does make a template for a 1.5 inch pipe. TK bondservnt[501st] Posted May 12, 2012 Report Share Posted May 12, 2012 (edited) the bbc plans are wrong anyway. did you try to print my plans? if you'd like I have a set I could post over to you. 5$ when you print my plans use a photo editor not windows or the browser. choose photo print borderless 300 dots per inch. print plan and cut on the lines. I edited the plans above so that the length of the tube is right, they had it too long. and I edited the plan for the end cap placement, they didn't have it even marked also added the placement diagrams. when you wrap the pipe with my plan line up the holes and mid line the handle marks don't line up. if you don't print borderless then the drawing will come out too small. I have what I thought is the correct alloy pipe that measures at 35.00mm outside diameter and an internal diameter of 32.00mm is this correct? Scratchbuilt nozzle, endcap magazine & mag housing ect And original pistol grip/ trigger assembly, hengsler counter, scope ect. TK bondservnt[501st] Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 (edited) if you have original sterling parts just buy the tube and template. my machinist had no problem cutting it out. bolt fit instantly all original sterling parts mount perfectly. done deal. comes with some minor errors on the template. bribe me and I'll tell you where he's a little small or off hehe... perfectionist! TK bondservnt[501st] Posted November 17, 2015 Report Share Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) The correct blueprints are located on the link in my signature for the blaster resource. the unique canes blaster tube comes with a template bonded to the receiver. and is the correct size. if you render your parts unable to fire, and weld the trigger group into the frame, drill out the bolt firing pin and weld it to the tube. install a wooden dowel for the front barrel. and weld a bar across the rear so nothing comes out. as well you can glue/weld the front screws into the frame. you should render the bolt inactive, and the trigger sear inactive BEFORE you mill the receiver. contacting a gunsmith and having them sign off on the NFA build is probably the safest way to accomplish this in california. especially if you prep the parts and have the gunsmith do the build. you are protected Edited November 17, 2015 by TK Bondservnt 2392 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
