I have found that Krylon Smoke Grey Gloss is extremely close to the original Humbrol. I had it compared with a color match computer and while it is not a perfect exact match it is within a shade or so of it. Its alos widely available at Walmart and inexpensive.

Gentlemen. Can anyone specifically point to exactly where these "revised" colors are coming from? I have made literally hundreds and hundreds of Ab Button kits using the Midnight Blue and If I am going to change my setup to the French Blue, I would like to see more concrete evidence of this change. Thanx.

I would recommend the AP Kit. It is slightly smaller in build than the other kits and should trim out nicely for you. SA has size 6 mens in stock right now. We attended a Troop today at a local Barnes and Nobles booksellers. It was basically a big photo op/autograph session with the proceeds going to a local Elementary School to buy books and other supplies. Well we came out and lined up in our spot and the first people in line was a man with 3 small kids and a very pregnant wife, all wearing ROTS t shirts. They came up and got photos and stuff and then left and we worked for the next 2 hours handing the 500+ people in line. Well we finished the appearance and we went to grab something to eat and our head handler asked if we remembered the first family in line. She then proceeded to tell us, as she had been talking to them before we came out, that the wifes water had broken, RIGHT THERE IN THE STORE, as they were waiting for us! and that she had refused to leave for the hospital, BECAUSE SHE WANTED PICS WITH VADER AND THE STORMTROOPERS! I've heard of die hard SW fans before but she by far takes the prize!

Guys, I got this link from TK-409's site. ---------- I'm posting it here because I actually heard one of these last weekend at a troop. One of our Vaders uses these. We were at a Kidsfest at the local State Fairgrounds. These things are 6 watts and they are the LOUDEST amps I have ever heard. The make the Norton look like cream cheese. Our Vader was there, kids all over, parents all over, noise everywhere and even with my bucket on, I could still hear him just fine, and get this...He was only at about HALF VOLUME! If you want an amp that can pump up the volume, this is it. Its a bit bulky but it will fit behind a chest plate just fine, comes with headset and lapel mics included, carry case and belt strap. ***DISCLAIMER*** I am not affiliated with this company in any way. I just know what I heard.
