    My head is 23" and fits into an AP with 2" padding,AP are a tad smaller then most others.so I think you should be ok .

    Thanks Ingrid, Some test fitting, torso and legs. Looking good on amannequinn is one thing looking good on me its another being near 100kg (220lb)at the moment ...dam you beer! Anyway it fits better then I thought

    Today I'll be working on the strapping for the arms and thighs. Almost there .

    yep he said my armor was ready to ship and 6 weeks later I got it.But he always responded to my emails within a day or 2.

    Here I'm gluing on the shoulder straps.After I cut em out I used a heat gun to bend them to the shape I needed.Then marked out with masking tape where they need to be glued.I glued them 1 at a time 24 hrs on each.

    I got a heap abs strips with my AP.You should ask Mark maybe he forgot to put em in.

    Started on the drop boxes.Theres no inner drop boxes with the AP kit so I made my own.I think you need these for approval right?

    Got the ball rolling again.Ive just added the shims and snaps to the kidney section and I'm happy with the results. Torso assembled .

    I'm trying to get the ball rolling again on my build after the disappointment from some doggy snaps.So instead of trying to replace the them Ive added Velcro for extra grab. The ab and chest plate one of the few places left that I haddn't added the snaps, I used a better quality ones and doubled up.

    too late ive painted them and Ithink im finnished, ill post some pics soon.

    the brow droped on my helmet too.all I did was cut a piece of abs big enough to cover the holes and glued it on the inside of the helmet,then redrilled the holes.

    came with the lid, though you have to cut & glue the mesh your self.

    Ive just added the Hovi mic tips and waiting on trooper bay for my tube stripe templates. let me know what you think. Merry Xmas everyone
