Maybe FON will be able to post some informations. He had a stormtrooper armor from Disneyworld (the old style). It seems it was from LFL molds (like the Tour Suit) So maybe these new armors were made from molds taken from the first style.

Thanks for these pictures Armando. It's what I thought. When I saw your ESB helmet, the neck trim seemed to be larger than my "S" shaped trim from Webers. Too bad, the old style was perfect for an ESB helmet <_<

Synaptyx, I think it's the green acetate material used for the lens which overtakes behind the teeth holes. Thanks for all these pictures Mike! It seems the decals were printed on black material which seems to be textured and thick (exactly like ESB decals) But it's an impression. Can you confirm that the lenses are green on this helmet please? Joe, didn't you have the possibility of scanning original decals?

Deathstar's helmets have ESB decals if I'm not wrong (background helmets). Same thing for ears and mic tips. Helmets from Endor are a little different ("ugly" ears, other decals and machined mic tips with a piece of white foam inside, like the Tour Suit helmet) People, correct me if I'm wrong ^^

Another beauty is coming. You made an awesome work on your ESB helmet...so this ROTJ will be incredible too.

5415 and 7545 looks good. But it's really hard to know! If you watch the movie, you will see a color which will be very different from each pictures of original helmets. From all the photos that I have, it's never the same color! Some helmets seems to have grey decals, other have a darker blue, other have a kind of grey blue.... It's really a pain to know what is the correct color if you don't have an original helmet on hand.
