ouch be careful man. i always wear a glove on the hand im not using to cut when i use a razor. there have been quite a few times i would have gotten cut if i hadnt been wearing it.

those look really good thanks man. i fixed mine up and i am satisfied with it. especially for my first helmet assembly. its not quite that good though. it could have turned out bad though so i am super happy that it looks good.

i just painted mine and i dont know about how it turned out. im going to use some magic eraser on it to clean up the frown and vocoder but i wanted to know is someone can post close up pics of their helmet they painted so i can compare my results. it would be much appreciated. pat

you will definitely be fine. i dont know about the helmet but i have fx armor and im 5'6'' and 145lb and it fits me great. you might have to trim some though.

order 23- darth vader has come down with the chicken pocs. All troopers are ordered to stop him from scratching at all times even if it means turning off his limbs. order 24- its the emperors birthday and we forgot to throw him a party. everyone rush to docking bay 2A-23 and pretend we have been planning a "very secret" surprise party all along. order 25- The emperor his 92 years and is giving a speech and no one can understand 2 words he is saying. smile and nod politely.

yea i think it looks good. just your shoulder straps are to far back make sure you move them up. i agree your thighs do look really good. another little thing is maybe find a way to get a tighter connection between your chest and back plate. i think it looks great though. awesome job man. keep us updated and let us know when you get in.

This is a REALLY tough thing your going through, and you are one one the strongest people i know for being able to deal with this. It will probably hurt more than anything you ever thought you can handle but just focus on getting through the day for now only time can heal the wounds from a tragedy like this. You are not a bad person, just trying to ease pain. something bad happened to me about two weeks ago. I had a really bad situation occur and i felt REALLY love sick. i couldn't eat, sleep, think, or do much of anything. I was constantly throwing up and shaking. i didnt think i could ever get through it but i knew if i fought it would make me a better person. i know what your going through must be much worse. but hang on and feel better for your friends familly and all of us here who want to see you better.

for the life of me i cant remember where i read it on here but i saw someone say you can put a lightbulb up to the back on it for about 2 minutes try to pull it. then hold it up again for 2 minutes and pull it and repeat it until they pop off. just be careful dont burn your helmet. if anyone has the link to this thread that would be awesome.

that is absolutely insane. thats nuts. that is one of the best tds i have ever seen. they should put you i the movie.

there is a line on the back where you should cut it. dont forget canvas or canvas covered belt. i dont know if that comes with the ap armor or not.

yea i heard it looks good but its expensive and breaks real easy. if i were you i would get something much more durable. and i would even say build it yourself. you could get someone to trim it for you. but building it is sooooo much fun. trust me. and you can make it fit to your body type as well.

hey i know this is kind of an opinion question but i wanted to see what you guys thought. i am getting a new more accurate helmet and i dont know wether to do it hero or stunt. i think the hero looks so cool. but im scared ill regret it and i wont be able to see out of the buble lenses. originally i was planing on making it stunt but as i thought about it more it would be so cool to have a hero. i already have a stun in the form of a modified mrce so it might be nice to have both. what do you think i should do. is it harder to see out of bubble lenses.

can someone do me a favor and post a pic or direct me to a pic of an ap helmet with fx armor. ive been looking but haveing surprisingly little luck.

yea i would take some off of the bottom of the shins. i also put some loop velcro going from the thigh to the shin . its no more visible then any other kind of straping and its 100% pain free
