Im sure she did Karin, problem is EVERY time she tries to help no matter how detailed the instructions given ( even to such extent as to tell her how to use a measuring tape and where to measure ) she ALWAYS finds a way to balls it up. Thanks guys. Well...due to a my wife having a hare brained half arsed attempt at sorting it behind my back I now have one half natural canvas colour and the other half bleached white! Forgive the vitriol, but its not the first time.

Made a bit of a schoolboy error and despite airing /drying out my kit after the last troop in the rain I neglected to do the same for my canvas belt. The result; mildew spots all over the damn thing. Anyone got a sure fire method of removing them, other than trainer whitening over the top as its an accurate off white one at the moment?

But what? As you say , it only takes a few seconds. As for height/personal build argument others have mentioned as being an issue........ perhaps that could be an indication you have the wrong body type for this costume and should explore other options. Not politically correct or likley to endear me to the populace but what the hey. I know the 501st is not allowed to discriminate on the basis of age/sex/height or weight but when you see some TK's out there with legs the size of many pepoles waists it does make you wonder if they perhaps should have picked a better suited costume.

I disagree: --------- Excuse the rudity of the graphic but this clearly shows that if you rotated it round it would lie in line. If you look carefully you can see the way the fabric drapes over the edge of the plastic belt, roughly in line with the red graphic. that gap looks pretty bloody close to the gap between elastic edge and box edge to me.

I would have said option C is Exactly what is shown in Pablo's pic.
