    Just like the originals... a white strip of elastic glued to the back. They would be solid, of course. I have the day off tomorrow. Let's see what I can come up with.

    Ah, I see... the hollownes... like "clunk clunk clunk".. Sure, I could make them. But I need to find a way to save material (quite pricy) and to gibe them more stability. Let me sleep it over I'm sure I'll find a way.

    you may hate the answer, but the sds "battle spec" helmet fits your criteria: symmetrical, glossy white, no bumps

    Indeed. But the requirements are still a "work in progress". Maybe this is because 1 ANH hero helmet was found in ESB. But it had the regluar, green flat lense material

    Until now, I thought the helmets were only glued together. In another thread, Joe informed me that also rivets were used (and to fix the chin straps) Is there any more info/pics on this subject?
