  1. Juan, how about some rubber for your hands? PM me
  2. Just like the originals... a white strip of elastic glued to the back. They would be solid, of course. I have the day off tomorrow. Let's see what I can come up with.
  3. Ah, I see... the hollownes... like "clunk clunk clunk".. Sure, I could make them. But I need to find a way to save material (quite pricy) and to gibe them more stability. Let me sleep it over I'm sure I'll find a way.
  4. Let's talk about that later Just a quick question: is it just the back of boxes that make the noise?m or the bottom aswell? If it's just the back, some white rubber might help..
  5. yes, but so far the hand guards DID quite match the armors, I think
  6. Hm.... I like the idea... I could do some custom ones... They'd be easy to make Thanks for the idea!
  7. I was just sayin' .... The correct size should be quite available here.. I'd better start looking for all the troopers "beyond the pond"
  8. The head diameter with about 12mm seems a little too big
  9. Nice helmet! Gotta finish my ATA soon.. and my CAP-W ... and some others ... Need to start painting....
  10. Well that is ,, what's the word? megalomanic!
  11. Which is the better alternative
  12. you may hate the answer, but the sds "battle spec" helmet fits your criteria: symmetrical, glossy white, no bumps
  13. I felt sorry for him... But violence and fun don't mix well
  14. After all, the gaffer sure had plenty of green gel
  15. Didn't find it, either. But why would he have gray instead of green?
  16. Indeed. But the requirements are still a "work in progress". Maybe this is because 1 ANH hero helmet was found in ESB. But it had the regluar, green flat lense material
  17. Don't you mean ANH? There were no Hero helmets in ESB
  18. Noel, we're in the ROTJ section I know ANH (and ESB) were riveted
  19. Until now, I thought the helmets were only glued together. In another thread, Joe informed me that also rivets were used (and to fix the chin straps) Is there any more info/pics on this subject?
  20. Thanks, Joe! I do have some other questions, but I'll rather start a new thread, than to water dowwn Keith's build thread!
  21. He John, didn't get that part, Can I make them to fit?
  22. I'd be in for a set of green ROTJ ones
