  1. Well, if you like it, then it's okay The originals varied a lot... For myself, I's like the brow about as high as the black rubber trim is wide...
  2. Yes, my dear, indeed. It is THAT bad..... j/k... You're off to a good start! Just trim out the nose and the eyes a little more Have fun with your build!
  3. Just to add: If you're using the accurate lightening gel and want to be über accurate, just use the top screw. But using both screws is more secure.
  4. Looks to me. See the same "flash" markings on the BW photo? What else could it be?
  5. "The first Run of helmets will be white ABS all casts so far have been taken from the inside of the helmet and suit its been a very delicate process so as not to harm the original in anyway and no arm sections or leg sections have been split to achieve this." I read it that way, two different sentences. Butif it's true, this would really be something like the holy grail
  6. Maybe my english is quite limited, but where exactly does it say that the armor molds were cast of the inside? IMHO, the "inside" only referes to the helmets. Anyway, the statement lacks a little grammar and punctuation. It is confusing (on purpose, like "all cast from original)?
  7. Wow, this might be the only pair of hand plates that survived.
  8. No. Both styles of hand guards were used with both hero and stunt helmets. The other difference is the ears. Hero ears have 3 bumps instead of 4. BTW: Thanks for your compliment!
  9. Are you going fo the hero look? For stunt, you have to cut out 8 teeth
  10. It's all about the trimming Latex guards from the master? Well, this is going to get me out of business I really have to save up for a suit of yours!
  11. Pics, or it didn't happen!--------
  12. WOW! New TM ANH ABS hand guards with knuckle indentions! and they're tapered, too! ...almost as accurate as mine ( no offense meant; only regarding material) I just love it how Paul constantly refines his molds.... you'd have to get a new suit every year
  13. yes, this is normal. You have to "screw on" a TK helmet. just shorten the screws.
  14. That's interesting! But why didn't the tape remove the white paint?
  15. Okay, I think the red overspray is is agreed upon by everybody. Jesse, do you mean something like double sided tape? What still puzzles me is that there's no chipping on the inside..
  16. Just found this pic again: It sure does look white on the inside. And there is the red primer over spray.. Why is it on top of the white paint? Also, there's the white patch where once the foam was glued. Why doesn't it show the khaki color of the HDPE? the glue should have taken the read overspray and the white paint...??????????????????? Thanks for looking, Karin
  17. Which is easily solved
  18. I hope it does not happpen, too. Just send several packages to Canada
  19. Hm... he removed most of his profile information.....
  20. yes, they are indeed. Here's tutorial to make them smaller and more accurate looking,
  21. Thanks for the recommendation! But Noel's right, you'd need some silicone, flexible glue, otherwise they will just pop off with your hand movvements.
  22. save your trouble and get some flexible hand guards! Congrats on your kit! It's so shiney!
  23. Thanks, Paul!
