This is a super timely post. to all who contributed, especially @justjoseph63 I got super dehydrated at a recent troop. It was an EVENING, INDOOR troop in pleasant weather. It totally snuck up on me. Over 50 troops to my credit and I managed to get dehydrated at a fairly low key, chill indoor troop.... it can happen any time. I apparently didn't drink enough that day before the troop. Took me nearly a day to recover. Stay hydrated out there troopers!

What's the inaccuracy? I'm planning to cast my own rubber straps using a very similar method to his and was unaware of inaccuracy. The CRL doesn't mention anything aside from being inserted into the slots. Also, lovely hand armor model! That looks great.

Zip off the edge with the dremel and then hit it with 220ish grit sandpaper on the inside to smooth out the edge. It'll take care of low spots and give a comfy edge that doesn't bother your undersuit or skin.

The only one who can say for sure if this is right is YOU. Do they fit your arms with the current sizing? Can you bend and flex without popping the bicep armor free or do they have way too much space? They need to be sized to the trooper. Looking at a piece of armor without someone in it isn't enough. Don't take that harshly. The lines look okay to me. But if the bicep doesn't fit you, it's not lined up right.
