Jedxh's Rogue One E-11 Build (FieldMarshall/BlasterFactory)
revlimiter replied to Jedxh's topic in R1 BlasTech E11
That looks FANTASTIC!!! Especially the vintage scope. I'm jealous of that. My own BlasterFactory E11 worked fine with one of Joseph's vintage folding stocks. The measurements of it and the aluminum one were identical. It bolted on with no effort. Sorry yours wasn't as lucky. The extra weight at the nose is so nice. Hopefully you can figure it out down the road. -
Boots as of April 2024
revlimiter replied to Generalsneers's topic in Boots, Soft Parts, and other Accessories
Keep Trooping does monthly runs. You likely could not get one in a couple weeks. If it was about 6 weeks away, it would be no problem. You're looking for model 421 on the keeptrooping website. They're just white chelsea boots though. If you can find a set locally, you can paint with any leather paint. -
Introduction from Southern California
revlimiter replied to chrioboy's topic in New Member Introductions
May I humbly suggest an ANH-stunt? Not that I'm biassed or anything. Glad to see your intro thread and I hope you hang around for a long time Vic!!! -
I am so SO very jealous. A concert troop has been on my list for ages now. And TFA has an incredible soundtrack. Congrats on breaking 10!!!

Solid resin E-11, reportedly from the UK about 10 years ago
revlimiter replied to Peter Hamilton's topic in ANH BlasTech E11
At a glance, it's certainly not a vintage Hyperfirm. I don't believe the Hellhounds ever looked like that either. Just as data points. You probably already know that, I just wanted to add my own confirmation. The serial on the gun would be on the top side of the mag receiver. Or possibly above the clearing strip on the bolt. If anything is cast in at all, it would be in those spots. ... heh, you said resin, not rubber. Doh. Ignore the first paragraph. -
R1TK build by TK-12953 for DS-32076 850 Armorworks
revlimiter replied to jsilvius's topic in Rogue One Build Threads
Minus the helmet is a blessing because... well... That 850 bucket isn't accurate at all. I'm surprised it can be approved with the tiny ears and other problems. Printing a Nico bucket will get this whole thing looking way way better. Though mine is still in the build stage, sitting does seem easier and different than with an ANH TK. The cod slides under the belt and up as you sit. The ab section will need to be cut to fit under her chest. Mine is pretty high on me and slides up over my nips as I sit, lol. But the ab and chest attachment and fitment seems pretty secondary for sitting. All the magic is in the cod and belt. Very cool project James! I'm looking forward to seeing it all put together. -
I waited about 11 months for mine and received it in the last 8 months. It was a long time, but it's a really great unit.

Welcome to FISD Xavier!!! Your armor looks amazing and was my privilege to approve.

4/9/24 - Ronald McDonald House Party 103rd TK troop, 9th for 2024 In April of 2024, Dewback Ridge finally got to go back to Ronald McDonald house after a roughly 5 year absence. COVID stopped these troops and I never got to do one... until now! We began the troop with a serious meeting discussing ways in which to spread smiles and enjoy troopy antics that wouldn't break our little plastic necks. Or butt plates. No one likes a broken butt plate. A moment of reflection as the sun set to the west. A quiet song at the piano to set the mood for dinner. A ball game spread smiles between posing for pix. Every time I see a McDonald house troop in someone's log I get a little jealous. Well, no more!!! I finally get to cross that one off. Next one I hope to cross off is a Weird Al tour, but I'm not holding my breath.

Okay, a DDR photo (or 20) is now on my must-do list. Happy graduation!!!
