Personally, I really don't mind how impractical this new black Death Trooper armor might be, it just looks really cool. It's not that white plastic armor would be practical in desert environments either. And speaking of new OT TK armor: We want to see TKs in action, right? Well, to achieve this, they need to be able to move significantly better in their suits. Did anyone expect LFL to recast some ANH armor? I did not. And i'm fine with these minor changes because it still looks like a Stormtrooper and 99/100 people won't see a difference between both old and new. And this one person out of 100 probably happens to be a 501st member.

Hi! So i assume you mean that the curving on the kidney and the cod aren't aligned perfectly? If yes, that is nothing to worry about too much. When you finished the strapping, things will look different. Could you maybe post some pictures so that we can see what exactly you mean? Cheers Mario

It took me a few months to get into this topic and even now, i still find out about small details on TK armor that i never even thought about before. As RainTrooper said, until 6 months ago, i also couldn't spot any difference between a FX armor and a RS kit. But after researching for several months now, i feel like i can tell the manufacturer of nearly every armor i see.

It looks OK , but besides having a falsely glued-on charging handle, it's also missing the little "cover" pieces (i always forget what they're called) both on the shell ejection port and the one on the front. Also, the price is kind of ridiculous for a plain Doopydoo's E-11

That's pretty narrow-minded to be honest. If you read the ANH Stunt CRL, you'd quickly find out about this (Level 3 certification): Tears/traps shall be hand painted or use decals that emulate hand painted (with correct ANH TK details). Also, as some have already pointed out: If done correctly, you trim the parts to the point where they fit you perfectly. And if the Trooper then looks as it should when worn, there's really nothing wrong with granting someone Centurion status. Really.

Can you guys believe that the FOTK kit is actually cheaper than the ANOVOS Kylo WITHOUT a helmet? That's pretty cool if you ask me. Nonetheless, 2250$ is still a lot of money. I didn't expect it to be any cheaper. Is the term "Premier" meant to describe just the helmet or both the armor and the helmet? If it's the second option, then i'm really keen on finding out what the pricing on the "Standard" kit will be.

Hi Mark! I used the slightly larger one for the shell ejection port and attached the smaller one to the front. I simply sanded the "front" section of the stock a bit and then glued it onto the tube with E6000. Holds perfectly

To me it seems that you like the Shock Trooper look a lot more. If that is what you want: Go for it! I don't like the ROTJ suit too much, personally, and if i were you, i'd definitely grab some red paint and convert the armor.

I have the same one as well! It's really not that bad considering its price, i just had a bit of trouble putting on the thigh armor at first, but i kind of got the clue on how to put it on at some point. I don't really mind too much about the gloves just "hanging" there, though. ----------

Hi! I've got a small question that just went through my head. So i just got my RS Prop Masters TK armor last friday and today, i decided to set it up on a mannequin in my hallway. It still needs some fixing and some parts are missing but the overall direction is pretty good, as i think. The thing is that the mannequin is standing like one or two meters away from the bathroom door. Could the humidity that comes out of the bathroom after someone used the shower harm the armor on the long run? (yellowing?) My flat is, obviously, not as humid as the rainforest or something after someone took a shower and there is no moldiness here at all but i just felt the urge to ask this question, someone on here probably knows how to calm down this paranoia

Hi Jens, i've got the Busse Jodhpur boots because a few people recommended them and they should arrive within the next week. Your boots look fine as well but the Busse ones are definitely a bargain.

Nice, did you buy your kit back when it was $350? Also, except for the eyes maybe, the helmet looks pretty damn good!
