  10. Some pictures would help. There is always a fix if that is an issue.
  11. You won't be disappointed to go to RS for the helmet. Yes, it's a bit bumpy on the surface but don't be surprised, it retained all the good of the original found helmet. (I own a set of RS made into Sandtrooper)

  14. Hello and Welcome (back) to FISD.
  15. Indeed, off they go. I suggest you start with the Ab plate and Kidney/Butt plate first, they are fairly straight forward cut, then put the trim on and temporarily fix them with painters tape, match the chest and back plate and see how it goes, then move on with the cut.
  16. Congratulations Trooper! Still works to do, get to it!
  17. The 501st costume references library. You can check all the requirements here: FISD CRL
  18. From CRL, yes. Chicago screws are acceptable.
  19. Congratulations Trooper!
  20. Very nice built you have got there. Say, if you can bring the shoulder bells a bit more closer to your chest plate (by removing all the return edges at the bottom) that will get you closer to the reference photo look. You are considering EIB application right?
