  1. Greg Smith from Garrison Titan. He also did the Luke ANH Land Speeder. Did it all from photographs, and I guess he got the scale almost spot on, at least according to a ex-ILM employee that came through our booth at ECCC. He just got an Anovos kit so maybe he'll be doing a TK build on here soon.
  2. Thanks! Yeah was a little worried about cracking something, but it was all good. Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  3. Location: Seattle WA Event: Emerald City Comic Con Thrusday Date: 03-14-2019 Garrison: Titan First day of the Comic Con. Did the morning Line Duty which was fun. Then filled in for some Blast a Trooper (unfortunately no pictures from that yet). Ewok got all the hugs! T_T Disabled a rebel transport while holding a ladder for some Probe Droid maintenance. The Garrison Titan Booth was really great! First con I've done, and couldn't believe some of the Props.
  4. I personally use USKWRATH's fan system connected to this battery pack: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7JQK24/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Battery fits nicely into the top of my helmet and USKWRATH's setup allows you to connect with a regular USB port. Work's great!
  5. Amazing! Where was this? Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  6. Solid work Sir! Great to see another AM build. Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  7. I got a Quest Designs E11 off of Etsy, it's very good. Highly recommend them. It's about a 3 month turn around with them though. Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  8. Also Titan Garrison here, Welcome aboard trooper! [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  9. Location: Seattle WA Event: Woodland Park Zoo Lights Date: 01-03-2019 Garrison: Titan Had really bad rain all day and everyone was worried that it'd be a washout. The rain letup just in time however! Of course, rain isn't much concern to a TK. Some of the other costumes might have had more problems. Guarding the Photo Memories. Might have some sensitive data in them. An Ewok showed up and really wanted to get it's pictures. Had to put it back into the Zoo. It's a petting Zoo. Boss showed up. Saber looks really good at night. Rode off in circles when it was all done. Some creaking, but nothing broke when I got mounted. Was a little worried I'd crack something, but it was all good!
  10. Location: Seattle WA Event; Symphony Date: 10-27-2018 Garrison: Titan All set with my AM2.0 TK so first troop was to the Seattle Symphony Planets which they played some Star Wars. The Symphony Players did costumes even. TubaPlayer actually played as Kylo Ren. Impressive. Did a walk out during the concert and had a spotlight on us. Was pretty hard to see with a light in your face, but went really well. Then did pictures with folks as it was letting out. Really quick troop but was a good test run after I did some of the EIB modifications. We even got mentioned in the local Classical Radio station the next morning. I guess we made a impression on one of the announcers who was there that night.
  11. Putting a list here to track changes made that were for Centurion. 1. Helmet frown, painted the edge after the uncut tooth. 2. Got wire and created new brackets for the chest piece edge that are 1/2 inch longer so the chest sits lower. 3. Added outer edge elastic staps to hold the butt plate flush with the lower back. 4. Tapered the forearms around the wrist by 2cm. Any more and I'd have a hard time getting my hands through. 5. Trimmed the front thigh coverstrip to be 20mm instead of 30mm. 6. Used the 2nd belt cover, trimmed the edges less than the first and added the raised rivet covers. Vs the sunk covers on the old one. Still to do: 1. AB button plates, square the edges and touchup the button paint. 2. Adjust left forearm to bicep strap a cm or two longer to line up better with right.
  12. Thanks! Should be able to take care of the easy stuff, like extending the frown paint, or adding butt elastic straps, quickly. Some of the others that take glue and trimming might be a while. Lost my workspace for now, but hope I get room to finish it up again. Wife isn't wild about me taking over the kitchen and livingroom. [emoji6] Thanks! Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  13. Alright new front sides and back. Fixed: Shin back cover strips and opening to the inside instead of outside (Note: I had Achilles tendon surgery on my left side so that calf is in fact smaller than my right by a little) New Loop in Chest ABS connection that's larger and adjusted the pull strap so there's no gap. Adjusted forearm to bicep straps to have less wrist showing. Belt straight Thanks! Let me know. Hopefully nothing major left.
  14. Roger that. Should be able to do some more armor on shots after work. I think it'll be where it needs to be now. Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
  15. Alright, Shins - Swapped the coverstrips and the velcro redone on shins. Opens on the inside now. Chest Gap - made a new elastic loop about a centimeter and half larger. Put it in the center bracket, now chest sits lower and isn't being pushed upwards. Wrist - lengthened the elastic about 2 cm of the bicep to wrist strap. Now wrists line up better. Waiting on shins drying before doing new pics. Sent from my SM-G955U1 using Tapatalk
