  1. Welcome! If you are looking to do a TI I suggest hoping over to the Jolly Roger forums. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. I am down for some patches. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  4. Coins!!! I would be down for a few. Just waiting on my pauldron so I can submit for approval. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  5. Looking good Max!! Just a few things caught my eyes. The top of your left thigh cover strip looks like it could use some trimming. The other thing is your eyes, they need to be cleaned up a little and some more plastic taken off especially in the corners. It should be an easy pass. Good luck! Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  6. I just finished my HWT pack, I found and old duffel bag that I am able to fit it in along with my pauldron and belt. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  7. Welcome! We here at FISD are partial to stormtroopers haha. What size you are, height and weight will determine if its a good fit. I have the Anovos stormtrooper and took it to centurion. Its a good kit, but it will be a long wait. Check out the getting started section for a list of vetted sellers as well. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  8. Can you be more descriptive or post some pictures of what you are having issues with so we can help guide you? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  9. Awesome job as always! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Congrats! Nice build. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  11. Nice work on the slanted box. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  12. I tried my hand at weathering the pack. I don't think I went overboard, but its nice to get other opinions. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  13. Yes I was using dry brushing. But I don't think it was dry enough, used a towel to wipe it away and it looked a bit better. Will try some more later. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks guys! I am about 95% done. I just have the shoulder strap piece that goes on the tube (getting that from a buddy) and some weathering. Here are some overall pics of the pack. I tried my hand at weathering this piece and think it came out OK so I will continue with some more of it. Once I try it on with the TK I might have to adjust the straps some more. Also thinking about adding some padding to the back so it doesn't scratch up the TK. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  15. Nice! Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

  17. The only reason i got them was the sale, otherwise i don't think they are worth $50. I buy pretty much everything I can on Amazon, I love it. Now I have an update and am a bit too exited about it haha. I finished my LED setup. I had an LED controller I was going to use for another project but didn't so I used it here so I can control the pattern and speed of the LEDs. I also made some covers that stick on using magnets that I can cover the LEDs when needed. Let me know what you think. https://youtu.be/gC5ywMqdCqA Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  18. Kmart had them on clearance a few months back for $15-20. http://www.kmart.com/plasticolor-star-wars-tm-storm-trooper-man-cave/p-00937881000P ' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'> http://www.kmart.com/plasticolor-star-wars-tm-storm-trooper-man-cave/p-00937881000P I don't think they carry them anymore. I grabbed 2 of them [emoji2]
  19. I used regular PVC end caps, cut them to size and used plastruct as a cover. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  20. Its getting fairly close to completion. I put together the side tube, minus the TK shoulder strap piece. I then put the tube on the pack as well as all the boxes. Getting close, I also ordered my pauldron from Trooper1 over at MEPD. Need to get my butt in gear and finish my DLT-19 as well so my HWT can have a BFG. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah the project boxes can add up fast. The ones I used I got on eBay. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  22. I believe it has 3 of them. Not the largest sized one. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  23. Thanks! Of course I forgot to take pictures of how they were angled. Here is a rough sketch: So what I did was glue an additional piece of plastruct to the bottom of each vent. I then put glue on the two spots that would contact the box. The round things in the pictures weren't spacers, they were magnets holding the vents in place while the glue dried. The outside of the vents is also just plastruct cut to size to kind of make it look like it was in its own little box and so you can't see the underside of the vents and see the pieces giving the pieces giving the vents an angle. 24. Awesome stuff about the audio! Was able to grab a few minutes today and finished the top of the vent box. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
