  1. Anyone have a very clear picture of the back straps on the Toy itself? I'm almost done with this thing but am lacking one fine detail.
  2. You're welcome Bryan. If there's anything else I can do for you please let me know.
  3. BTW if anyone is interested in recreating the suspension system I have enough mesh fabric for three more suits and enough hardware material (nylon, elastic, buckles, etc) to last a lifetime. Let me know if your interested in any of it.
  4. Ah yes, wait no. The gaskets from Wyhatt came in yesterday. Time to get those in. Trooping Sunday morning.
  5. Thanks Q
  6. I believe I'm finished. If anyone has a request let me know.
  7. Paint code chart if anyone is interested
  8. Someone asked my to post detailed pics of the Chest and yoke assembled. Here ya go. Note: When wearing the armor the upper chest doesn't protrude as far as seen here.
  9. Thigh to Shin Gasket Some how I over looked this little bit of detail. Simply put assembly was simple as test fitting then installing Velcro on the thighs and shins. I've already elaborated on the knees so this will be quick. Left thigh looking down towards the shin. Gasket seam is facing the back of the leg. Note: If you look closely at the gasket you can see the Chicago screws used to secure the knee mount. From the shin towards the thigh As mentioned before these gaskets are a bit too short even for me, I'm 5'11
  10. Hey Rob do you have any finished pics

  16. Simply AWESOME!!!! I got chills just reading about the entry.
  17. Hi Alberto, sorry for the delay, thank you for your application so lets take a look. CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All photos are present, including the extra couple we requested, first let me say your armor look wonderful, but there are a few things that need a little bit of attention, your almost there. 1. For Centurion, as per the CRL we require there to be virtually no gap between the Ab and Kidney plate. Now we weren't quite sure if the gap was caused when you raise your arms, hence the request for a couple of extra photos. This much gap on both sides is fine for EIB, but we'll need you to reduce it for Centurion please. This may very well close if you tighten your belt is a bit, or perhaps shorten any straps you may be using eliminating the need to make shims on the sides. Here's a screen shot 2. There is a lot of attention to detail in your armor, so we think a little bit of black paint on the screws heads of your Thermal Det will be a perfect finishing touch. Here's a reference pic 3. Your drop boxes look like they can move around a bit too so maybe a small piece of Velcro will stop that from occurring. 4. And lastly sniper plate to shin alignment. Your sniper plate is aligned with the ridge on one side, which is spot on, however the opposite side is attached below the ridge. You may be concerned that by moving it, it will look crooked, but trust us when we say many of them are even when aligned properly, and that's ok. This is where it should sit in alignment with the ridge. Here's a screen shot You are only a few steps away from Centurion, complete the above mentioned modifications and re submit the photos of the adjustment and you will be good to go.
  18. Thanks Marcus. Bryan drop your ab and thighs. If you look at Marcus's pic, his chest plate rides much higher on his ab than yours and it appears his thighs are farther from his cod also. This should give you more room to work with.
  19. WT$! Have any pics? I want to see this
  20. Yea I'm about at my limit on everything. At minimum with ANOVOS gaskets I'll have to put velcro on my boots and shins to keep the boots from pulling out.
  21. I'm 5'11 and the ANOVOS gaskets barely fit (if you want to call it that). You're not going insane, the gaskets are not long enough. Did you order a set of Wyhatts? For now you can try lowering your ab.
  22. It's great to see TK boots back up and in business, best boots on the planet IMO. Use the force Aaron, you.. can.. do.. it!
