  1. Screen accuracy, your fine. For any level of approval your better than fine lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  2. Hey David a hot water bath is the last resort. As long as you can get your had through the end I would glue the strip on then follow it up with painters tape to hold everything together while the glue cures,
  3. Wow you're rocking and rollin.
  4. Hey Greg sorry for the delay. I could easily do that, just remove and paint it and add wider velcro. I'll look into it.

  6. Well that's good news then
  7. Again, very nice
  8. 12v fan louder powered by a 9v battery louder? 5v fans with 9v battery maybe. The loudness is generally created by the whirling of the fan and air, the faster it spins the louder it gets. A 9v battery powering a 12v fan should theoretically cause the fan to turn slower, decreasing audio levels. But you're correct regarding you're first statement, a single 9v probably may not be able to operate two 12v fans. One for one it is then
  9. Excellent work Christian.
  10. If you have any questions you know where to find me
  11. Well, though the Bra clips are screen accurate they're not required at any level of approvals. Velcro is accepted at all levels. Yep if you need to reshape something that's perfectly acceptable as long you don't distort the armor too bad.
  12. 9v will work for both fans, they will just turn slower.
  13. Alright Kris, thank you for your Centurion application. It is my pleasure to review another fellow garrison members app. Let's get to it. CRL and Centurion Application Requirements: All required submission photos have been posted. Thank you for making all the requested repairs mentioned in our PM. I know you put a lot of hard work into your build and it shows. Blend different armors, in your case AM and ATA is not always easy but you did it, excellent job! With that Sly and myself would like to congratulate and welcome you to Centurion rank. On another note I believe I heard it's someones birthday today. Perfect timing if you ask me Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section Sly or myself may suggest corrections to make your armor look it's best. We have nothing to add here. Excellent work Kris, now get out there and make some fans smile.
  14. Amazon sales are going through the roof CHA CHING!!
  15. Hey Paul welcome to the FISD, looking good trooper. I know you're tall but you're gonna have to pull those shins down over your boots. Drop the thighs also, maybe 1/2" to compensate. Take all the required photo poses for 501st submission and send them to your local garrison. There are few other areas we can talk about later if you decide to shoot for EIB or Centurion.
  16. Cool, couldn't pass that up and bought a spare.
  17. I'll post a pic a bit later
  18. Hey Jason, I think I know what your talking about but for starters if you purchased the correct size belt from kittle you shouldn't have to worry about that fitting. As for rear armor fitment at 5'11 you shouldn't have much to be concerned with except for possibly the back plate near your shoulders. Instead of having a gradual taper upwards the Anovos design practically does a 90 degree into your back. If that's the case you may have to make some alterations to that section of the armor. If you have any pics or a build thread we could help you out more.
  19. You read that article too huh?
  20. Well I was just telling a fellow trooper last night unless I cut back in eating, my beautiful armor will be adorning the mannequin permanently. I prefer breathing over food, but food is also a necessity.
  21. A big shout to Walter and his armor building factory
  22. Thanks Ricky, quite a few expert builders lead me to where I'm at today. I encourage you, as well as everyone else to lend a helping hand to your brothers, sisters and the next generation. Pay it forward.
