Hey Tom here's an excellent build thread where the kidney and thighs had shims added http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/26001-haribon72s-anh-stormtrooper-ne-hero-build/ -
Yea I was thinking the same at first then the other reports of him dropping out of other social media as well.

Thanks Mathias. Unfortunately it's never good from a buyers point of view when you just drop out of existence. Hope everything is ok.

TK-25415 Requesting ESB EIB Status [ANOVOS][584]
ukswrath replied to shaunpug's topic in Request Expert Infantry Status
Alright Shaun, another fellow garrison trooper, exciting. Thank you for your EIB application. Let's get started. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been submitted. At this time Sly and myself would like to congratulate and welcome you to Expert Infantry. Great job on your build Shaun! Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we'll discuss observations made by Sly and myself that are suggestions to improve the overall final look of your armor. These suggestions will not affect your application. We have a few areas that we think could use a little TLC. 1) Left shoulder bell gap. It's probably just a picture thing so when you submit for Centurion try to close this gap a bit. 2) Cover strips a bit too long or not long enough in areas. Though not a huge deal trimming the cover strips back so they do not hang over the edge of the armor will give your armor a cleaner look. The left forearm cover strip looks a bit short actually exposing the under suit. You might need to extend this. 3) Rear shins out of alignment. Another picture issue. I think almost every trooper can relate to this, you get yourself dressed yet whomever you have taking pictures may not know how areas are supposed to look. That's ok there's always the redo . Update these for Centurion also. 4) Hand guard stitching unraveling. Sometimes the close up shot isn't a good thing lol . Simple fix. Adding some fabric glue will help prevent those pesky threads from unwinding. 5) Butt plate popping out on left side. You may have to tighten the strap on that side a bit. Fix should be too difficult. Centurion Suggestions: In this section Sly, myself or your fellow troopers may suggest required or recommended repairs prior applying for the Centurion level however, the accuracy it is ultimately up to the trooper. The only issue we see is the Hovi screen mesh. The Anovos supplied mesh is very fine and should be a bit heavier. Reference picture. Awesome job Shaun. Again, congratulations -

TK-16127 Requesting HWT EIB Status [RT] [583]

Alright Randy, Thank you for your EIB application. Let's get you approved shall we. CRL and EIB Application Requirements: All required photos have been posted. Requested updated pictures have also been posted, thank you. That said Sly and myself would like to congratulate and welcome you to the level of Expert Infantry. Other-Armor Fit/Assembly: In this section we'll discuss observations made by Sly and myself that are suggestions to improve the overall final look of your armor. These suggestions will not affect your application. The cover strips at the thigh front and the calf rear are too long. They are to stop just above the lower return edge on the thigh and just below the return edge on the calf. Giving those rascals a trim would vastly improve the armor accuracy look. Reference pictures Reduce the forearm to bicep gap. Adding some elastic or if you have some already, shortening it should bring the two areas closer together. Reference picture The ammo pack needs need to be mounted on the lower return edge. ABS paste can be used to fill the holes that will be left from the update. You can do it brother. Reference picture Congratulations again -

Starfox2010's TFA Stormtrooper Build

Unfortunately some of the chests have a double valley. You'll need to fill it in or sand it out. Looking good -
Rheostat = variable resistor. Think of a dimmer switch for the lights in your house but much smaller controlling the B+ or - to the fans thus controlling the fan speed. Most ideas look great on paper. Only way to find out is to build one and start running trials.

Hey Kyle welcome to Whitearmor. Great idea yo have there. We're always looking for new ideas to stay cool, thanks for sharing. Let me see if I can answer your questions. So, for me personally the only issue I have is air blowing directly near the eyes, though it's a great concept drying eyes is a big problem for me on long troops. This idea may work great for those that may not have that issue. Bottom line you may have a market. Fans V. I personally use 5v fans for many reasons, I also have them on two separate switches each powering different fan sets. So a switch or rheostat to control the fan output would be a great idea also.
