  1. Hey Steve upon further review you'll need to reduce the kidney to ab gap before we can proceed. The gap has to be 1/2" or less, thanks Steve . You can either adjust the connecting straps between the two sections or you may need to add shims. Afterwards please post updated photos showing the corrections. We'll be here when you get back. The CRL states the following: For level two certification (if applicable): Any gap between the abdomen and kidney armor is no more than 1/2" (12.5mm) wide. Any shims used to achieve this effect are of a similar material and color as the abdomen and kidney armor. Shims fit flush and seams are allowed.
  2. Randy mentions a good point. The return edge gives the illusion of thickness and is not required in most areas. He also suggested putting the two halves together (using painters tape) and performing a fitment test on your arm. This is best done with a under suit when all possible. There are plenty of build threads to follow here. Find someone that's gone Centurion and follow their lead. Anyway looks like you're headed in the right direction, keep up the good work
  3. Thanks for the updated photos Martin
  4. My pleasure, THT. Pay it forward
  5. It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. Whatever works best for you. Take a look at some Centurion applications as see what others have done. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/72-request-centurion-status/
  6. Hey Fredric upon further inspection we noticed your blaster does not have a charge handle. You'll need to add this before proceeding with your app. Here's a reference photo of what it should look like. Thank you
  7. Hey Martin we have another request, it appears your blaster does not have a charge handle. This needs to be added before we can move forward. Here's a reference photo
  8. Excellent thank you. The kidney to ab gap will not effect your EIB status. Edit, sorry correction made.
  9. Hey Steve Andrew or myself will be with you shortly. While you wait we need need you to do us a favor and remove any paint from the cod and posterior snaps and rivet head (if any) and post new photos. These areas should not have paint on them. Thank you
  10. Looking good Dana
  11. Hey Jens, if you're concerned about excessive space you can always remove the lower cover strip and remove material from each side, or you can leave it as is and just add foam to stabilize it on your arm. On another note if you plan on shooting for Centurion in the future go ahead and remove the return edge on the wrist side, it's a requirement. Hope this helps.
  12. Now that we have all the required photos we'll continue with the application and post the final review here.
