I suggest removing every ounce of return edge on the lower shins, unless you want them to rip your boots apart

The entire armor is asymmetrical, meaning left and right limbs and even other armor sections differ in length and even design. Ex. left and right arm lengths are different, same with the legs. Unless you need or want to cut it to match you can leave it as is and it's perfectly acceptable at all levels of approval. As for the lower shins you can trim the same length, on both inner and outer if you wish. It doesn't have to be perfect

For those shooting for Specialist you'll most undoubtedly be required to replace the Anovos bucket screens as well. The weave is still too small for the higher level of approval. When in doubt you can check with the Spec Ops website. Keep up the great work David

Most models will fit, I went with the non wheel so I can pack more stuff in my helmet. How many times are you actually going to adjust your insert once set? never.

No, industrial strength velcro, here's a photo. Disregard where my finger is pointing and look at the insert mounting tabs.

I use hard hat inserts for all my helmets, except for one accuracy build. In my opinion my head stays cooler and obviously it doesn't move around. $10-15 at home depot
