This is most likely the deal to get in on. I did as well. I'm not sure you'll need to open up the back but you will need to take mic placement into account. If sound out of the speaker goes back into the microphone you will have some nasty feedback. Also keep in mind "turning up" the volume will increase the risk of feedback Sent from my LGLS740 using Tapatalk

I've ordered TK boots and I agree, we are spending so much on this already. Saving a couple of bucks on footwear is probably not worth it on the long run.

Congrats and good luck! I've seen a youtube video of someone converting the white and black blaster to a more "official" looking blaster. Keep posting pictures of your kit build/mod. You'll get feedback on your progress.

Wow, I read this update from beginning to end today as I have been scouring forums to read anything about ATA kits (I am currently on the wait list) but started work on my ATA helmet today. This was a great read. I felt like I was hanging in a garage listening to two best friends building armor, having a few drinks and eating some pizza. So awesome. Do you have a thread on your helmet and the electronics/fan system in place?<br><br> Thanks again!
