1. I like it! One tip for accuracy, the handle has a very rounded shape to it, not blocky like many replicas are. Great fabrication tho!
2. Hero backs come to a point. This is a stunt with bubble lenses and 3 tooth holes
3. I like your magnet setup there, it looks nice and neat. It all looks great
4. They absolutely fit, most parts are perfect but you have to get a little creative with the counter/battery area since you may need to replace them eventually. It's a fun project, I recommend getting both the doopy Hasbro kit and either the doopy pipe completion kit or parts from shapeways.com to have everything you need
5. lol I like it, but not for the right reasons Not for $95 tho!
6. Yeah, your holes look nice! Keep up the good work
7. Looks great, gotta love those 'nocs BTW there's a rear sight on shapeways that fits into the same spot, but the placement is actually like 2mm from the cap, much further back. Might want to fill the hole with g.s. and find a longer rail. Fun read!
8. Resurrecting this thread because I was buying plastidip spray and thought of using it on the doopy resin t-tracks to give them a more accurate texture than just paint can offer. Idk about durability first-hand, but it's supposed to be tough enough for truck beds etc. so it should be fine. I'm also not sure just how much of the metal I'll be able to use, but I want to use everything I have. Still deciding between a) debrazing the parts kit and boring room for the whole cut parts in the doopy tube. So many WIPs!
9. The 14" talking figures have the same quotes, but they're both out of production right now. I predict a sharp increase in availability of both once Rogue One gets closer
10. Interesting. That's about what I paid for a set from John aka Marv not too long ago. I'd love to see a comparison between those two brands and wannawanga's, which is motivation enough. Unless someone beats me to it, I'll post a few shots once I get these since I have those other two makers' still unused. Thanks for posting, Steve!
11. Good to know! Please let us know if you find out more. I'd love to get a bunch more of these
12. And yes, big galactic thank you to Mathias for taking care of business!
13. Ears sit differently after touch ups, but light sanding should be fine, especially if you keep checking the fit every few seconds. Probably easier to paint/coat it when it's disassembled, then get your pads and electronics in there after.

So far I've only trimmed my forearms. I tried using tin shears and found them to be total overkill for this particular kit. I'll certainly use them for the straight cuts on my 2mm ATA though. Lexan scissors are more than sufficient for ANOVOS and gave me clean cuts, even using straight ones for the curves since the plastic is so flexible. A few photos incoming, nothing too exceptional tho
14. Welcome to the dark side Please let someone know if you don't get your cookies
15. They came out in 2015 iirc. Most people are dissuaded by the smaller size, but Hasbro and doopy are both inaccurate too. I'm really enjoying your build, it all looks great!
16. I just looked at the SCG forums yesterday and there's a party in Seal Beach soon. Sign up there and look in the Armor Mods section, oddly enough probably elsewhere on there too
17. Ah I love it! You did a great job so far. I've yet to see one of these both painted and modded with doopy parts, so thanks for that. The doopy parts fit suspiciously well, don't they?
18. Of course! Its not anything official, just a place to find other players and/or leave your ID
(mine's the same as on here)
19. That mouth in the close-up comparison is the "move along" helmet (above, with droopy brow trim). So it looks like that's their base
20. That's how mine is. It's fine, compare it to the stunt frown diagram by RogueTrooper and you can see what they were going for (second pic up from the bottom left) But just open the holes if you really think there's too much plastic.
21. Feel free to ask questions, but it might be easier (and faster) for you to just google stuff that isn't necessarily specific to stormtroopers (like plastidip). And if it is about TK stuff, try including "whitearmor.net" in your query (this site's search function doesn't work). Then make a post if you can't find the answer. I've never used plastidip myself or else I'd tell you what to do Trimming begins tomorrow morning! Exciting business!
22. Interesting counter bracket. Keep it up!
